Q: How can this be clipped horizontally without an extra stand?

I just got this today. The attachment for the stand just slides to accommodate different widths and you can clip it on the frame in the middle of the long side, or the short side.

Q: My clip does not work well at all - it is a big struggle to clip on the screen - where can i get a replacement? suggestions please?

Are you having trouble while trying to clip the screen to the top of the stand? The angle is horrible. What I do is unscrew just the very top of the stand with the clip mechanism, just detach that little piece, attach to the screen, make sure clip is centered by balancing screen in my hand, then I lift up screen with clip already attached and replace it onto the top of stand. The connection up top is a little wobbly at first but you screw it down tight and it's fine.

Q: Is it possible to just buy the clip? We ordered this awhile back and lost ours?

Q: Came with wrinkles! How do I get them out??

Mine did also, but not bad ones. They seemed to straighten out when I opened it fully and left it open. I use it daily since I bought. It does not have wrinkles now and the image does not show any wrinkles in your Zoom background.

The Neewar black & white backdrop is excellent

This arrived early which was great as have a lot Zoom sessions with students coming up. The backdrop is made very well, the white side looks fine and is great for video calls. I've found Neewar products to be very good in generalI am using the backdrop standing up on it's own leaning on a wall, rather then the stand. The backdrop is a deal at the price, very well made, and the white looks great.The stand is fine, but I didn't really need it, I now realize. The screws holding the legs were loose, a screwdriver fixed that.

Great quality, easy to use & lightweight

The perfect backdrop for both studio use and on location for headshots. Its lightweight, easy to transport and good quality. Being shorter, I do require a small stool to attach the backdrop to the stand.

Great size!

Great item. Had to look at a video tutorial on YouTube to figure out how to fold it back down as the enclosed instructions weren’t helpful. Also not exactly sure how the backdrop clip fits onto the stand, but we are managing regardless.

Creases in fabric!

Okay stand and clamp. The white side has so many creases and it is impossible to get them out. Not great as a photo backdrop as it requires lots of post processing
