GN Resound Unite Remote Control 2

Very well designed, kinda of a plastic feel, but durable. Easier than adjusting hearing aids and marvelous at enabling / disabling the TV streaming function.

First, this works for me as intended. Second, it didn't take long to charge, and was easy to pair. My Galaxy S7 worked well with the hearing aids, but phone upgrades occur more frequent without app support. Now I will wear my hearing aids. The device gets a 5. Resound gets a 1 for poor phone app support. Not everyone wants or owns an iPhone.

Using with a with Linx 3d 9 hearing aids. The Resound App doesn't work with our Smart Phone. Pairing was simple and all functions are easy to use. Contacted the company pre-purchase with several questions and they very responsive, answering all questions. Sure beats buying an Apple or Samsung Smart Phone just to run the app!

My grandmother doesn't have a cell phone and couldn't figure out the buttons on her hearing aids and this worked like a charm so she can use the Tv streamer 2. Very happy!

It is a cheaply made blutooth remote, no different from the hundreds of similar blutooth items that cost under $10. It's not even nice it feels like cheap dollar store junk.There is nothing special or fancy about it. They just have it locked down and will not let anyone program generic remotes to use the hearing aids.This cost them under a few dollars to manufacture and they are ripping off insurance companies for hundreds of dollars. Disgusting.

Easy to use with my hearing aids.

Constantly went out of contact with hearing aids and needed adjustment until it finally quit working, then was told I needed to purchase a new one. Not in this life time would I wasted so much money on such a poorly made device.

Very useful product controls the volume and program for Resound Hearing Aids.
