Awesome. I am very happy with this vent hood. The led lights are very bright without being harsh. The vent does a good job pulling air and smoke up. (Thanks Hubby) My stove is a 30" gas cook top. We replaced the huge dinosaur microwave that was over the stove with this vent hood and it is the perfect solution. Next we are going to remove the cabinet doors and build a wood hood that goes all the way up to the ceiling and then paint it to match the island color. Only con is it is a bit loud on the high setting. But It's no big deal. The low setting works great too and is pretty quiet. Very pleased with this product.

Good value for the money with strong light, and food fan. The fan has three speeds it is a little loud but really does the job so not a problem for me. Seem to be pretty easy to install by the guys that renovated my kitchen.

*have been using for about 3 monthsGreat optional ventless hood for the money. Low and high setting on both light and fan. Noise level is fine, I didn’t mind, don’t have to use the fan on high much. Is very quiet on low setting though.Bulbs are nice & bright. Excellent product definitely recommend.

Bought this to replace my PM390-HS. Was not a straight-forward replacement. The duct opening at the top was offset about 3 inches and I also needed to buy a cable clamp. A couple of trips to the hardware store and a few hours later the new one was in place. You'll definitely need two people to install. This new one is sleek with the buttons and the led lights. It makes less noise and hopefully it's as effective as my old one. Worth the $50 more I think. We'll see how it performs. I'll update this review once I've used it for a while.

Great unit, that replaced an older one. This flush fit unit has great airflow without being too overwhelming noisy. The lights are bright and the unit looks great. Install was easy, this unit is hardwired and the circular ducting fit the existing duct.

Love how it’s barely visible under the kitchen cabinets, easy to install, and light are really bright. Only issue I have with it is that there is no medium setting to fan. It’s either really low or really high. The high setting also makes a lot of noise. Either way I would recommend as it does a good job at suctioning the air out.

We purchased the Broan-Nu Tone PM390SSP Stainless Steel LED Elite 20.5 inch Custom Power Pack Range Hood for our newly remodeled kitchen per a recommendation from our cabinet maker and to say that I am disappointed is an incredible understatement. The hood was not inexpensive, was incredibly large and cumbersome to install for ,the contractor, was very noisy to run, and in the last month started making a terrible noise and is now not functioning. They hood was purchased in July 2021 when we were purchasing all supplies for the kitchen rehab but was not installed until November. I have repeatedly tried to call customer service and receive a message that the office is closed. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this range hood to anyone.

We installed ourself with a custom hood. All went smoothly and this vent works really well. It's a bit noisy on the high setting but it doesn't bother me as it works so well. The lighting is just right.
