Niagen for me has been a huge benefit. I have been taking it for years and rarely ever get sick. Now I have read a study that it is very beneficial to speeding recovery time for COVID-19. For me, it has upped my energy and really helps me go those extra miles when I am cycling. I have also found that taking 150 mg before bed helps me sleep very soundly, although it gives me some vivid dreams at times. My only con is the price, I wish it was at a better price-point, but for what it is doing for me, I will keep on using it. An additional note: My Jack Russell terrier is getting older and was starting to get stiff, when I gave him 150 mg with his food he started rebounding within days. Good product for the whole family.

I started taking Tru Niagen based on the recommendation of my Naturopath Doctor and have never been so pleased. I have been on it for 4 months, but I felt better after just a few days of taking it. I had issues with exhaustion, I would last until about 2-4 pm every day and need to go to bed. I was explaining to my doctor that cells don't seem to heal, sores stay around for months, if I get sick, it's 3 months of healing, not a couple of weeks, I eat well, but don't seem to absorb the vitamins in what I eat. She said I probably had mitochondrial disfunction and to get an NAD booster. I was already taking a methylated B vitamin and while it helped, it wasn't enough. This NAD booster has given me my life back. I suddenly have energy until the evening. I'm no longer too exhausted to get in the car and run an errand after dark. I'm not completely healed (I have chronic pain and it didn't help that), but to not be utterly exhausted every day is amazing!

This gave me energy for the first few weeks even after I was diagnosed with cancer (lymphoma). I realized that NAD+ can be feeding the cancer cells as some articles by medical professionals. My tumor was getting bigger more quickly. (within 2 months after diagnosis and before the treatment begins) The size of the tumor (neck) became 3 times bigger than before. I cannot take NAD+ anymore, but if anyone does not have any cancer history, it's a great supplement.

I recently turned 50 years old I was looking for a product that would help me as I age to remain sharp. And this product does exactly that I feel more alert. I don’t forget things. I received with a broken bottle yesterday

I bought this supplement after reading all the good reviews about this product. After taking the supplement for a week, I started developing heart palpitations. I decided to stop taking it and the heart palpitation disappeared after two days. I think it is not suitable for everyone. Check with your doctor before taking this product especially if you have heart conditions.
