WOW!
COMPLETELY fixed my 13 year old spayed dog's incontinence. Before, she couldn't even stand up without peeing, and would pee while she slept if I didn't take her out every 10 minutes or so. I resorted to diapering her constantly, and still she wasn't allowed on any of the furniture. I was washing her bed every other day, and her blankets almost every day. I had to monitor her water intake constantly, and it was exhausting. I started using NaturVet Senior Advanced Incontinence supplements because they were better priced than the medication that the vet wanted to put her on ($30/month or so). And wow! They work great! She can last HOURS between potty breaks now, has no trouble in car rides or laying on the couch/in bed with me. No more diapers ever! I use the recommended dose (she's about 40lbs so I give her one per day) and it has worked absolute wonders.

Nature senior advance bladder support for dogs
A great supplement for senior dogs needing extra bladder support. Easy to give and made to help support urinary health and comfort. 🐶 It works really good in my old dog.

Seems to be working, but my dog doesn't love the flavor...
9/29/2023: still unsure of it works for incontinence or not. I can only get my dog to eat this if I wrap it in a peanut butter pill pocket. I will continue giving it to him for supplemental reasons, but I don’t see a difference in his bladder control. ******************* So far we are about a week into the supplement. It appears to be working on my 12 year old senior. We've also switched to a senior dog food, so I can't say whether or not the supplement is the main source of his improvement. Regardless, it is good for him and has a lot of valuable nutrients in him. He does not care for the flavor, and I have to hide the chew in his food, but eventually I get him to finish it up. Will order again.

Effective
I found this product to be effective for my old gal that had some incontinence. It took about 2 weeks to see results, but it did cut down in accidents.

good
not sure if i notice a big difference yet. but i’m still only giving her 2 a day. she’s never been given extra supplements and last time we tried something like this she got terribly sick. she questioned them at first but thankfully ate them. i started off with one the first week and now i’m at 2. might give her 3 tomorrow. this same brand has one for joints that i’ve also been giving her, and those are working GREAT!! she walks around a lot more during the day and plays more!!

Great tasting for a treat, but not an effective incontinence aid
I bought this for our elderly dog because her incontinence has increased over the past few weeks. She will be 15 by the end of the year, so I thought that it was a natural stage of life. We've never had a pet live this long before, and for the most part, she has done very well. I've treated her with holistic and organic pet food as much as possible. NaturVet – Senior Advanced Incontinence – has not helped in the least with our dog's incontinence. I bought it based on the wonderful reviews it got, but it has not made a bit of difference. If anything, she has had more incontinence since we started it. She has to wear a diaper when she's not outside, as she will do a large sized puddle and lay in it, as she is unaware that she pee-d. I'll have her finish the bottle, as she likes the taste. So, it's nothing but a treat for her, not an aid to help her incontinence.

This worked for my very incontinent dog
I was so delighted, after using this product for about 1 week, that my dog's severe incontinence seemed to disappear. She went through the first jar, and I was ready with the next one. But when I opened it, the little heart-shaped pieces were noticeably smaller. I immediately thought of "cost-savings" for the Company (as is so common these days,) and was suspicious that this could be a lesser dose of the active ingredients, which would affect my dog's incontinence. Sure enough, in a day's time she started losing urine again. So I called the Company, and the Rep was very nice, saying that maybe the exp date was at fault (even tho it was good for another year. But he sent me a replacement jar, just in case. I inquired as to whether it was safe to give my 15-lb dog two chews until I received the new shipment. He said, yes, that would not harm her. So, I did, and her incontinence stopped! When I started with the new bottle, I went back to the instructions of one dose - and her incontinence reappeared! So I increased to two, and it stopped again. Easy conclusion: The Company cut back their expenses at our expense. I understand everyone has to make a living; but the evidence seems clear. I just wish honesty were valued more, rather than hedging, and that trusting the customer with the truth would prevail, and would trump the fear of losing profit! I think most people understand that the cost of using this product, (which is a natural remedy, and a great price compared with pharmaceuticals) is a Win-Win for everyone --even if a bit more costly, in the event they did have to raise the price a bit. So now, instead of instilling trust in me, I am disappointed that they couldn't be up front with the customer. Plus, I will have to buy two jars now, when the cost most certainly would not have been doubled for whatever adjustments could have been made to the dose and size of the former hearts. I would estimate that the new hearts are about 1/4 smaller than the old hearts. If they had explained to the customer that there would be a price increase, so as to keep the same volume of treatment for the best result, I would have been a champion for this Company. Instead, it "appears" that they, like so many others, may have reduced the amount of product, keeping the price the same --in hopes we wouldn't notice? In my buying experience, this is the only logical conclusion I can come up with. So now what happens if people stop buying because the product stopped working? Was it worth it in the end? I am choosing to continue with a two-heart dose, rather than trashing the whole regime, because I am delighted to have found a healthy product to treat a dog who cannot take the usual pharmaceutical treatment -which proved toxic to her. I would still definitely recommend trying this product, because I know how well it worked for my little dog, who was having a serious, ongoing problem of incontinence until she started eating these chews!

Helped My Dog
It’s definitely helped my older dog with her leaking for quite a while. I eventually had to add a pharmaceutical but she’s almost 15 now and I was able to avoid it for a long time with this.
