I got this hoping it would help with back pain and sacrum pain.It’s so comfortable to sit on!I started using it on my couch to test it out, then moved it to my car. I had to adjust my seat in the car as I’m 5’7 - it has helped me so much with driving over the past 3ish months.I’m debating on getting a second one for in my house.It is light weight, holding its shape nicely, it does not slip when I’m driving, I love the gel and foam combo and feel those to mixed together is something like this cushion allows it to hold its shape better and give more comfort,I don’t not feel cold when sitting on it but if it’s in your car in the sun it can get very warm.I have only had this for spring and starting summer weather. Not sure how it will be in colder weather.But it will be great for indoor use even outdoor use.Give it a try if you have back pain, sacrum pain, sciatic issues. It has been helping me when I didn’t thing anything to kept me in the car.

I didn't realize how much I needed this cushion until I started using it. Sitting for long stretches, whether at my desk or in the car, was starting to wear on my lower back and tailbone. This cushion makes a noticeable difference. The combination of memory foam and gel provides just the right balance of support and softness, without flattening out after a few hours. It stays in place, feels well-made, and has actually made sitting more comfortable, which I didn’t think was possible at this point. This seat cushion was a lifesaver on my trip to Tokyo, Japan. My only issue is that it is big which makes it difficult to carry around through the airport, etc.

This cushion really helped on a long drive. My back and legs didn't cramp or hurt at all. Less stops due to pain and discomfort. I'm short and it was like a booster seat which I liked. The pad did not get hot. I strong suggest this as a great purchase.

Purchased this gel cushion for my husband who complained his butt was sore from sitting in the office chair. He loves the gel cushion and said after using it, his butt doesn't get sore anymore. It fits his read, does not slip on the chair, does have a cooling effect from the gel, and it is very thick and firm. A very good purchase.

Here’s my experience so far:Comfort & Firmness:The cushion is definitely firm, which I find to be a plus when it comes to providing support for long hours of sitting. It offers a solid base and helps distribute my weight more evenly, which alleviates just a little bit of the discomfort I tend to feel from prolonged sitting. The gel-enhanced layer is comfortable, giving it a bit of a soft, yet supportive feel that doesn’t compress too much under my weight.Pain Relief:As for how much it’s helped with my hip pain, I’m a bit on the fence. While the cushion is comfortable, and I do feel a bit more supported than when sitting directly on my chair, I’m not entirely convinced it’s making a noticeable impact on my pain levels. I haven’t seen a significant reduction in hip discomfort just yet, but I’ll continue to give it time and see if there’s any long-term improvement. It might be more beneficial for someone who has mild discomfort, but for more severe pain, I haven’t felt a huge difference.Fabric & Grip:One downside I’ve noticed is that the fabric on the cushion is a little slippery. While it doesn’t slide around drastically, it’s not as grippy as I would have hoped, especially when I shift or adjust my sitting position throughout the day. This seat actually works. Recently retired and we travel towing our RV. With bad knees driving over 4 hours is at times unbearable. Recent trip was a 5 hour drive and my first using the seat. First time I didn’t complain about the pain. A must buy and try. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently lost 100 lbs and now I have no "meat" on my butt and my coccyx bone is painful to sit on. I bought this cushion and what a difference. It's so comfortable and supportive. I'll be getting another one for my car.
