These products that include everything and the kitchen sink tend to be very hit or miss. This has been a huge hit for me. It has earned a permanent spot in my routine. I’m not sure what people are complaining about in terms of smell. It’s an herbal and woody scent which is to be expected in something with Hinoki.

I am a die hard lover of the Azelaic Acid 10% serum in the red bottle. I have bought it 3 times and it has been better than any other acne product I've ever used, including prescriptions.When I saw this company had one with azelaic Acid AND retinol, niacinamide and tea tree oil, I was over the moon.I don't know why or how, but this one just hasn't worked as well for me. Maybe I'm sensitive to one of the newer ingredients. Perhaps it is because of the retinol. But I can't use it as often and because of that I am getting more breakouts.I'm going to continue to try and work it into my daily routine as I really want it to work. I really wants the effects of the extra stuff. Having the anti aging of the retinol and the antifungal of the tea tree all mixed in with the azelaic acid would be GOLD. I am still holding out hope.

I am on my 2nd bottle, my daughter her 3rd. This has worked wonders for my 49 year old skin and my daughter’s 20 yr old skin. We both break out and have sensitive, combination skin. This product has worked better for us than prescription creams from the Dr.

Due to hormonal issues my adult life as well as a tendency to pick at my skin, I thought my giant pores were just something I would have to accept. Tried many products over the years, always hoping for a miracle and never seeing one. Was saving for laser surgery as I had about enough of constant extractions. Read about the ingredients used in this and thought, "Well, one more chance?" Holy cow. Using this at night after washing with DHC Mild Cleansing Soap and following with Bare Minerals Phyto Retinol lotion and my pores are sometimes hard to even see in the morning when I wake! I used the other 2 products before, with different serums and the results were nowhere as good as when I added in this cheap but priceless product. Now I'm afraid it will go off the market, so buying several to stock up. Hope it works for you as it has for me!

Smell is awful but not really a big concern of mine being that my moisturizer does smell good and helps cover it. When using remember less is more and it can be very dry, but it pretty works well. Wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin.

THIS IS MY *THIRD* BOTTLE OF THIS EXACT SERUM, I HAVE PCOS, AND WHEN MY HORMONAL ACNE ACT UP ON ME, IT JUST TAKES ME 2-3 DAYS ADDING THIS TO MY NORMAL NIGHT-TIME SKIN CARE ROUTINE TO MY BLEMISHES DESAPPEAR, I NOT A SUPER FAN OF THE HERBALY FRAGANCE THAT IT HAS BUT IT'S NOT THAT TERRIBLE.
