Not sure if being addicted to these is a good thing or a bad thing! I love ZipFizz. I have one every morning. I guess it is my coffee since I don't drink that. I can tell if I have not had one by lunch because I am dragging a bit, so that's why I'm not sure if it's a good thing or bad. I know for a fact that the vitamins are there. My Vitamin B was off the chart on my last labs. My primary doctor said I should probably back down to drinking one every other day but my naturopathic doctor said she would rather it be too high than too low. I'll continue to have one a day for now. Grape is my absolute favorite flavor but I also like the orange and pina colada.One negative - I was disappointed after the Costco salesman sold me on his pitch that it had no artificial sweeteners. It has Sucralose and Xylitol. I'm not real thrilled about that, but I still think it's better than having a soda! That's what I tell myself anyway!

I love Zipfizz!! I've been getting their products for a couple months now and they have many flavors but my top 2 favorites ones are (fruit punch and watermelon)This is a good alternative from Energy drinks. It's a healthier approach to get natural energy since it has vitamin B12. You do not get the instant caffeine rush like a regular energy drink, which can be bad for you overtime. Zipfizz gives you more of a natural feel of energy.One tube of zipfizz can be added to 16oz-20oz of water and shake well for mixture. They recommend no more than two tubes a day since each tube has about 100mg of caffeine in it and is not recommended for children, pregnant women or sensitive to caffeine individuals.If you plan on using this to workout, it's recommended to drink it 15-30 minutes before intense workouts. I mainly use this before workouts to get a little bit of more energy and not get that jittery feeling that pre-workout or energy drinks gives you.Give it a try and see what you think. I get it all the time and love it!

I have tried other brands like this before but this is going to be my now go to for a tasty healthy energy. It taste great with no vitamin after taste. I got the fruit punch it reminds me of Kool-Aid from when I was a kid. The taste is just amazing doesn't feel like it should be healthy but it is. I hands down recommend this product. Also the packaging is perfect, its small enough to put in your pocket or purse. It's easy for on the go people.

I have been drinking zipfizz for about 3 years now. I have always had trouble with energy drinks giving me jitters but this one gives you tons of energy and no jitters. So much energy that I only drink a half of a bottle each day. Super easy to mix into a water bottle and go. I have tried about 9 of their flavors and like them all but grape is my personal favorite, with berry being a close second. It also contains alot of vitamins, so it is good for you.

Orange cream sounded a lot better than it was in the zip fizz flavors. I don’t know if I will buy this one in bulk again. The cream eliminate didn’t work all that well to the water mixture. I mean it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best.

We love our zip fizz around here! It’s love that little energy boost it gives. Surprisingly, this really quenches my thirst. I seem to have quite a bit of dry mouth in the mornings and this really helps. The flavors are always bold and tasty. I do mix with about 14oz of water and that’s just perfect! They blend and mix very easily. The box of 20 is a great value for the money.

This is the best tasting powdered drink - bar none. The energy, hydration, and vitamin portion of the program is a total bonus. This tastes like real fruit, as in fresh juice. It is so tangy, even with 1 litre of water added. I like to water down my drinks so they are not so in your face, but this one is so zingy even with the extra water. I like all of the zip fizz flavours, but this one outshines them all!

Every sip feels like a refreshing island getaway and it’s hard to resist when I need that energy boost. However, I have to watch my intake because this little tube packs a caffeine punch. I’m not a coffee drinker, so I really feel the caffeine from these.Mixing it with cold water is my preferred method, but I learned the hard way not to add it to carbonated water unless I'm prepared for a fizzy explosion. On cooler days, I warm up the already blended drink for a cozy energy boost, though I’ve yet to test it directly with hot water. Regardless, Zipfizz makes hydration flavorful and boosts my day with vitamins that truly make a difference.
