These are the right size for all clothes
The pads say for menswear but they are for both sexes. Size and thickness is correct.

Shoulder pads do not stay in place!
I have used foam shoulder pads in the past and they have worked well to cling to the fabric of the shirt or jacket I was wearing. These however are covered in slippery cloth. I’m sure they would work if they were stitched into each shirt but that is not what I wanted to do. Very disappointed with purchase.
