Great SIM card that I can reuse and load data
I did not realize that I ordered just a SIM card with no data. I totally did not understand the description. The SIM card arrived in no time. Follow the instructions to activate the card. The seller did notify me that I purchased just an empty SIM card and I needed to purchase data. Oh, that was very kind of them. So I followed the instructions and purchased the data for the SIM card. The phone works with the SIM card. I can receive calls and it came in so handy as I drove across Jalisco area of Mexico. No issues at all but only one spot in Guadalajara. But all over Jalisco state I went from 3G to 4G depending on where I was. If you are going to Mexico for peace of mind, get the SIM card and not bother with finding a local Telcel place.

garbage, "SIM Not Supported" even when my phone is unlocked.
Added the SIM card to my iphone AT&T where I already have a tracfone SIM working just fine, and my Phone says "SIM not supported" So much for "Universal"I got a different card, the one I got is Yellow and Says Amigo Express Chip 6.4 4G... NO LTE anywhere. So much for LTESo I would say, if this is not a SCAM is at least a bad product description. My phone is unlocked already working with a non AT&T SIM card... and this piece of garbage is NOT UNIVERSAL.

Completely Worth the Money
I ordered this SIM card so that I could use my unlocked iPhone on my upcoming trip to Mexico without having to buy a SIM card in Mexico ( to do so I would have to go into one of the cities, find a Telcel store, waiting in line, and fumbling my way through my awful (almost non-existent) Spanish). The SIM card comes with some simple instructions (in English) on how to activate it and activation takes less than 5 minutes. I had some additional questions so I contacted the seller directly and had a response and answer within 15 minutes.I'll update this review after I return from trip but so far so good.UPDATE (9/2/2014):Well I'm back from Mexico and throughout my entire week trip the ONLY purchase that I felt was truly worth the money was this SIM card and Data plan I added to it. Adding the data plan was very fast and easy, I simply went to sellers website, put in my number, and I was good to go. I also had the option to purchase data directly from Telcel but after doing the math I decided that going through the seller was the better option for me as I don't speak Spanish and the markup was actually very low. When I landed in Mexico I swapped the SIM card in my iPhone and I was all set. I had voice and data right away. I had cellular coverage everywhere I went in Mexico (Cancun to Riviera Maya), mostly 3G but I did get 4G LTE in and around Cancun. After being in Mexico I realize it would have actually been more expensive for me to buy a SIM card in Mexico (even if I did speak Spanish). I would have had to pay for a shuttle/cab to/from the Airport/Resort/Hotel to a town with a Telcel or Movistar store (there don't seem to be many of them). At least for where I was, I would have paid more than double for the transportation than I did for the SIM Card. If you'll be going into a town with a store anyway (and you speak Spanish) then it's likely more economical for you to just buy a card there but from the stories I've heard be prepared to spend 30 to 60 minutes in line at the store. For me, this was by far the best option. The only thing I didn't like was that the seller doesn't offer all the data packages that Telcel does (at least at the time, they were updating their site as I went on vacation so that may have changed). This though isn't enough for me to deduct a star, I am still very happy with my purchase.

Great!… it works, you just need to know what you’re doing. I was able to convert this physical SIM to an eSIM to use on my iPhone 15

Card arrived opened, when nano Sim was checked at a Telcel center, it was found to be EMPTY!
I purchased the card in December 2015 while I was still in Mexico. It was sent to my mail in Tucson and picked up last week, and brought to Mexico on March 16th, and I installed the nano-SIM card in a new iPad mini...it never seemed to work although all the information was there on my iPad. I received email from Vincent stating that my mexico phone number was registered and that Telcel was up and running. I never got it to work even though the screen icon shows a 3g network connection, well in frustration I took my card to a Telcel store here in Alamos, Sonora and they put it in their phone and found 0 for Data and 0 for cellular calls, also the card package had been opened with a note from Vincent that he unsealed the nanoSIM for pre-activation and testing procedures..this is not needed and I suspect that someone else used the 50 minutes on the card and then it was sold to me. So I wasted $17.95 and refunds or replacement of the missing is not allowed.!Vincent corrected this when I got an unlocked cell phone and he immediately put the amount (el recarga) onto the card that he sent and I have installed in the phone, The problem was that I did not have a phone when I got this card. Don You do have to live with the Mexico City prefix to the phone and if you are only on vacation, that is probably just fine,

Worked great! Package comes with a 3-in-1 (Standard/Micro/Nano) SIM that is pre-tested and confirmed working. It also includes a sheet with English instructions on how to activate and add more airtime/data. Make sure you follow the instructions and visit the website printed on there to let them know what day you will be arriving in Mexico, this is so that the "plan" you purchased will be activated the night before you arrive. If you only purchased the basic SIM (20 Pesos Credit Airtime), the plan will only be valid for ONE (1) day only (the day you indicated you will arrive on). You can visit the website on the instructions sheet to add more airtime or data to your SIM if you need. Make sure you test the Telcel SIM in your phone before you leave for Mexico to ensure your phone can read the SIM and receive a signal (Note: it may take up to a minute to receive a signal from a Canadian Carrier Network with the Telcel SIM). If your phone is unlocked and can receive a signal from a local carrier, your Telcel SIM will have no issues working once you arrive in Mexico!

The sim card expired early!
It was great to have data when landing in Mexico, but my sim expired after a month! To make matters worse, I used up the data that I added once in Mexico (5 gigs for 300 pesos) and I had purchased another 5 gigs, but it stopped working and I lost the remaining data when the sim card expired! There is a need for clearer instructions to avoid this costly and troublesome situation.

SIM Card Mexico.
Works as described. Was cheaper in Mexico, but the advantage was I had my phone setup with the sim before arrival to Mexico, nice and convenient. Easy to refill, as you can purchase top-up cards almost everywhere in Mexico. Bonus, can make and receive USA calls also.

Works great, but only valid for one day before needing recharge
First of all, you will pay far less if you buy it in Mexico directly from Telcel. But I wanted my phone to work as soon as my plane landed so I paid the premium. Also if you buy the cheapest card, it will only works for one day until you recharge it.But after the recharge, it worked correctly and the recharges are real cheap compared to the roaming prices that Canadians companies charge to their costumers that travel to Mexico.
