Solar RoofBlaster for 3.5" Ribbed Conex Shipping Container (Galvanized)

I purchased two of these for my container. They fit perfectly, and I was surprised to see how much the fan worked, which was smaller than I expected, actually exhausted the hot air out of my container. I purchased four lower entry vents to help circulate the air below and from outside to ceiling and exhaust fan, great value add. Air flow is good.

I ordered 2 for my containers. Relatively easy to install. The hardest part was cutting the holes in the containers. Instructions provided were very helpful. I could immediately feel the difference inside.

The media could not be loaded. It goes in easy and works great, I do wish I would’ve gone with a bigger model, though, I will probably do that later when I put it in a second one

I liked the fan assembly fan was secure and ran fine in the direct sun. self-tapping screws were so cheap i needed to go to the hardware store and buy better ones. at least 50 % of the screws failed to self-tap. also the rubber gasket was a bit to small and didn't align with the predrilled holes. had to finagle the gasket to get all of the screws to catch a piece of gasket. all in all, fan was good support hardware was not.

It's a we bit high priced, but looks great other than the fan is Quite Small. I do not expect it to move allot of air, but for what I wanted it should be perfect. Gave it a test in the Sun before going into installation mode, and so far it does as advertised, so all is good.

My husband enjoyed ease of install and has spoke to company and sent videos to them. We are considering purchasing at least 3 more and my sister is considering buying also.

It’s heavy duty and design is great! The bad and most important part is that the fan is a small 4” fan. Looking at the interior design there’s definitely room for a 6” fan. Not worth the money for that little air flow.

Purchased and installed in preparation of a hot summer to keep our belongings from baking. Fan starts up with the sun.Installation was not tough, follow the provided instructions.
