I LEGO N.Y.

I bought this book for my 11 year old son who loves legos, as well as arts, architecture and culture. As he had never being in New York (we live in South America) but know some about it, was a great way to find more information about new york and american culture concept.For me, as an architect, is one of this pieces you find, and enjoy each time you open it, a coffee table must, to impress and share with your friends and family.

This is a great book for Lego fans and those who love New York and everyone in between. Whimsical, inspired, sartorical, and just the right amount of fun for any reader.Don't buy the inexpensive Amazon version: they have marks on the book edges as well as a sticker on the back. That is disclosed at the bottom of the product description, but in person is HIGHLY disappointing. Spend the money for the full version.

If you like New York City and Legos, this book is a fun diversion to leave on your coffee table. It is a quick flick-through for visitors. I'm only giving it three stars because it is very short and while some of the visual jokes are hilarious, there are also a few clunkers. It seems like the author could have put a little more thought into it, it looks like something he did in an afternoon with his kid's Legos.

Though I am not New Yorker but I still enjoy reading this book with my 5-yr old son who is a LEGO fan. We search most landmarks or features we don't know via Google and find interesting to know NIEMANN's creations! My son has startsed his Hong Kong series already.Fast delivery, too.

Cute little book for grownups and kids. For design and NYC lovers. I gave it as a gift to a little boy who loves LEGO and is enamored with NYC. He has been using it to build his own versions of NY and its buildings as well as cool little things.

A small and very clever little book, drawn from Mr. Niemann's blog. I bought it for a lego-loving nephew, but decided that it would be wasted on one so young, and kept it for myself.

I bought this for my 3yr old Brooklyn neice but decided to give it to her dad when I read it. Most of the humor would just be over her head. But for adults who grew up surrounded by Legos, it's amusing.

Good for the price

Wer einfach mal wieder Bildchen schauen und schmunzeln möchte, kaufe sich dieses Buch. Noch dazu hat es eine sehr schöne Machart, der Handschmeichler unter den Büchern.Das Buch liebt N.Y.Ich liebe dieses BUCH!
