New Era of Recording My Tube Amps
This thing is great. Small, portable package. Attenuation of my amps, check. IR Loader, check. Cab and mic packages from Two Note are high quality. I purchased 2 packages for Mesa Boogie Studio Cabs and another for Orange Cabs. Both are great. Stock cabs are really good too, but I wanted to match up with the amps I play on. This is SO Much easier than mic'ing up the amps. I live in a condo, so now I can record in total silence...which means late night sessions without pissing off my neighbors. Why spend $1200 on the Universal Audio Ox, when yo can get a more modernized and smaller package from an open source company like Two Note?! Are the samplings from Two Note as high quality as Universal Audio? I'm sure they're close enough to not notice a $600+ difference! This small enclosure is more portable for gigs than an Ox. The Bluetooth connection to the phone seems a lot easier to work with than the Ox's Wifi solution of having to connect to the Ox INSTEAD of the Internet. Plus you can load up IRs from other platforms OR create your own using the gear you already have. The options this tool provides is fantastic for the price tag. If you are serious about recording great tone from your tube amps, need an attenuator, want to record silently (it has a headphone jack too), then you should seriously consider this product. Use the $600+ in savings from an Ox purchase to buy some custom Cab sims or even a new guitar or More Pedals! Something else that sets this apart from the competition is the fact that it has stereo XLR outputs. That means you can record Wet and Dry tracks, or Dual Tracking (which sets the 2nd track to a slightly delayed recording to thicken up the guitar tone). I've been using this for about 3 months now and don't see any real downsides to this product. Well, I guess the attenuator could have more DB settings...it's either at -0db attenuation, -20db, or -38db. I'm sure they could have provided more usable options for gigging musicians, but that probably would have increased the price. I'm sure you can figure out a live situation to make -20db work. -38db is pretty quiet for home use (nearing toaty silence). Anyway, just buy the damn thing. You won't regret it.

Best in class and MUST Have item.
I was worried that with just 3 volume settings (low, mid, high) that it might not work for me. But OMG, it is outstanding! In addition to that setting, you then have an output pot you can adjust! So, it if full adjustable for bedroom home use, studio, small venue, or just full on amp. Works great with my Archon Classic 50 watt. The cab and effects IRs included are wonderful! This is just a must have amp addon!

Very cool piece of gear
I’m super impressed with the versatility and overall sound quality coming out of this unit. After a few minutes spent dialing everything in, I’ve been able to accomplish exactly what I was looking for, and move on. Very pleased!

Nice
Nice box to have in the arsenal. Sounds good and works well. My only want would be to replace the 3 position slider for selecting between full volume, practice and silent modes to a rotary potentiometer that the user could adjust for their particular amp. I would also change the mic placement adjustment as it is basically fixed positioning vs being able to put the mic anywhere you want it, especially when using the two mic setup. Plenty of options within the app for cabs and for using your own IR’s. I like the rotary knob on the front for selecting five different presets (either factory or user), and I like the tone control on the front. Overall satisfied with this. Good price point and a good amount of flexibility.

Amazing piece of gear.
Things really don't get any better than this. Phone app is surprisingly good, and fully functional. I have been using wall of sound as a plug-in, and the main software control for a Torpedo Live, for about 10 years. It is paid out well, looks nice and just works. This device allows you to plug in, up to a 100watt head (tube head, or solid state), and get close to blasting it, without a speaker cabinet attached. This opens the doors to, late night jamming in headphones, recording, anything at all, without compromise. The only thing missing, is a SP/DIF out. They're are plenty of reviews on YouTube, so I'll leave that part up to you, however, I can confirm that this box does everything the positive reviews claim, and more. I will also vouch for Two Notes quality as a user of their products for over a decade. Great piece of gear and the price is amazing for what this does.

Just get the OxBox.
Sound quality is just okay. As an attenuator you're limited to three settings: inaudible, too loud and much too loud. The real selling point are the cab sims, which you can access via an app over a laughably unreliable Bluetooth connection or a USB cable with connectors that were obsolete 10 years ago. I don't know how the sims sound because I've never gotten it to connect more than than once on any device I've tried to use with it, even from literally two feet away. On the plus side the stereo recording outs are nice and the voicing control is useful. That's about it.

Great Product
With similar products selling for twice the price I wasn't sure this would work out. I am happy to be wrong. It sounds great. The cabs are accurate, the options are plentiful and I worked through the operations manual in a single sitting.

Lots of Great Options but Missing an Import One
I primarily bought this for use as an attenuator and the fact it had headphone output as my amp does not. As an attenuator, it does a great job, but the problem is that you can't use just headphones and still hook it up to a cabinet. For the price, it would have been great if you can turn off the speakers and just use the headphones without unplugging the speaker output. To be fair none of competitors offer that capability at this price point and there is one at any price that offers that capability, but it is over double the price.
