Inositol+ Powder

I haven’t had a period for an unhealthy amount of months now, but I believe this product brought it back! I bought this 2 months ago, for the first month I wasn’t consistent with taking it, I would just take it here and there, but I locked in and finally started to take it everyday for about a full month. That’s when my oura ring + natural cycles app told me I ovulated (!!!!!) uhh I never/rarely ovulate even when I had a consistent period, I rarely got that notification so not only did this product give me my period back but it actually helped my body to ovulate (according to my apps)! - I bought the powder version of this bc if you have pcos you know how many pills we should be taking daily (i say should bc i don’t but know I should and will be soon lol) and I DID NOT want to add to that list and I think it’s the sole reason why I was able to be consistent with taking it bc it’s so easy to just dump it in your water and go. - the powder is so easy to use and it tastes like NOTHING, and dissolves quick! I drink it with room temp or ice cold water and you literally can’t taste it. - I just do two scoops in my Stanley cup and drink it all day. -I will be reordering soon but I plan to take it a full year so I’m excited to see what it’ll do for me. I know it was this product that helped me ovulate and bring my period back, before you think otherwise. I didn’t change anything in my diet, or daily life. All I added was this and I occasionally took a fish oil pill. I probably took that for 2 weeks straight MAYBE, mainly here and there.

Purchased 3x. I went with this one after researching several; clean ingredients, third-party tested won. Started using to support cycle regulation and definitely noticed hormonal changes in my body within a few weeks. Initial side effects included severe headaches and digestive upset, which eased over time. Two daily scoops doesn’t last a full month. I began using this to help regulate my cycle, I was only using 1 scoop and I did experience an unexpected pregnancy 24 days after starting it, so it may have a stronger effect than expected for some and is something to keep in mind if you’re not trying to conceive. Mixes best with warm water, taste is mildly sweet. I prefer drinking it quickly rather than sipping. Stopping abruptly didn’t feel great for me, so I would gradually taper off it now if I planned to stop.

I am on my second order. I had my blood work done in June 2025 and October 2025. I am always scared to see my Lipid panel because I teeter on the edge. Well, this time my LDL went from 117 to 76! I have not lost any weight. I have changed my diet and added this plus whey protein of 25 mg in my coffee daily. I can't say my hot flashes are less, and my insulin and GLP1 blood work is pretty much the same. I ran everything I take to see what could have caused the drop (I am a supplement girl), and the result was that this product, in combination with the whey protein and low-carb high-protein diet, must have contributed to the reduction in LDL! I drink this every morning with my other supplements before eating anything.

Ive been taking this for about a month and I’ll say that due to my pcos ive always experienced a lot of hair shedding and since taking this its way Down and my hair is getting thick again cuz I’m not shedding nearly as much, also my bf and I both noticed my pesky jawline hair I would get is coming in less often after plucking like it’s taking longer to come back. I’ll definitely keep taking this, only 4 stars cuz so far it hasn’t helped me get my period yet but it has only been a month, I do recommend this product

This is my second time ordering this product. After getting diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year, I started looking for natural alternative ways to heal my body. I wasn’t getting a period for 2-3 months. I ordered this powder at the end of June and got my cycle at the end of July. I put 2 scoops of powder into my Stanley cup of water every single day. There is no weird taste or after taste and it’s not grainy. This Inositol powder is fairly priced as opposed to other brands like Ovasitol. I do take other supplements daily to go along with this Inositol powder, but I do think this is part of the reason why my PCOS symptoms have subsided. I will continue to use this product in hopes to conceive soon. Great product overall and will recommend.

Cycle talk... Been taking for 35 ish days So I have PCOS with insulin resistance. THIS IS IN NO WAY A MIRICLE WEIGHTLOSS SUPPLEMENT (I say this because there are a lot of people that point women with PCOS to this for weight loss. I lost no weight as a result of taking this. Once I combined a calorie deficit and exercise with it I began to see weight loss but it is at the same rate as with or without this). That being said I saw benifits pretty close to immedatly. After having my second child my cycles were once again running wild. Started out perfect 30 day on the dot and then were going to 45-60 days and each time was getting futher. Decided to give this a try... Started it on day 45 of my cycle when the prior had been a 56 day cycle. I started my cycle the next day. Could have been going to happen anyways so I just shrugged that off. That cycle only lasted 5 days (contrast to 7-10) and was a decreased amount of flow (usually wear always diapers and change every 2 hours for the first 5 days and this time I only wore those for 2 days and was less frequent on changing including not needing to change at night) and discomfort(usually popping midol like candy and took one the first full flow day). Over the next week I could notice a marked decrease in pain from my cyst. What was usually a close to constant discomfort with twinges of sharp pain was now a few cramps here and there and felt more like my muscle spasms from unrelated another issue I have. After that initial week I very rarely feel any discomfort from my cyst. Also, like clockwork my peirod started on the 30th day of my cycle. I have not had to take any pain medication this time around and only used a heating pad for the first flow day on my back (combination of cycle start and work out from prior day). I have had no interuption of my usual activities like I was used to facing and Have also not faced any cravings (I am in a calorie deficit and only started back on that a few days before new cycle). I have had no urge to binge eat like I usually do and on top of that my body seems to be able to more clearly recognize that I am full when I am eating. All in all it has really been working for me and I will continue to use it. Also it is the tiniest little jar (like not even palm of my hand) and scoop. Like I am not sure if its even a teaspoon size scoop.. You have literally no idea its in whatever you are drinking it in. Also I cannot speak to if this does anything for Ovulating itself. My cycles are regular but we are not tracking ovulation(no need as no risk to have pregnancy).

I’ve been taking myo-inositol for a little over 2 months so I did not experience any stomach issues or headaches. But this was my first time using this brand, it dissolved very well, it wasn’t gritty and it did not have an added flavor, which is great in my opinion. But this product did not last 30 days whatsoever. I started using it on November 6th and I ran out on November 24th. I followed the serving size which was two scoops daily. I do not believe it is worth the price for it to only last 18 days.

I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since May. Tbh the period I had in May was very light too. I’m trying to conceive so thought I’d give this a try. Started taking on the 26th of September and had my period on the 7th of October! It’s been a good while since I’ve been able to naturally have my period. Hoping this helps regulate my ovulation so that I conceive soon. Will update of it works out!!
