Cons-For those with who maybe a UK size 0,4,6 and 8 as the product is tiny. I'm a UK size 12/14 on my hips and UK size 10 on my top half. It's painful to to get the desired toned feel. Doubt it would work if you want a Beyonce,Nayfit type of femine glutes . Doubt it will add mass.Pros- it comes with a charger and can be used on other areas of the body.
