I'm an absolute chaos goblin the way I sit in a chair. This char has adjustable arm rests that can be angled for support for people like me who are heavy but aren't overly wide.I can sit in several positions for half a day at a time and never feel uncomfortable. And with the weight allowance, it truly feels like this chair can support all of me.

Some of the reviews I read about the chair tipping. AFTER I had already bought it. Right out of the box it was mostly pre assembled. we didn't have to do much. Our due diligence the first thing we did was see if it was top heavy and would tip? We did not.My Son is very happy with this chair. He's 6'2 about 180 lbs. no signs of tipping just a good solid chair

I purchased this chair 3.5 years ago. When it arrived, one of the arm rests would not adjust. They replaced it no problem. About 1.5 years after purchase, the reclining mechanism broke. They replaced it but it took a more time than the first claim. Now 3.3 years after purchase the metal frame that holds the seat has broken. See pictures. Since June 24, 2024 I have placed 2 warranty claims, phoned and left 2 messages, and sent 4 additional email inquiries about my warranty claim. I have only gotten an automated response for each claim. No response from emails or phone inquiries. It is almost 8 weeks since I first filed the claim. This company has refused to contact me in response to my claim. The frame in this chair is supposed to be covered under a 10 year warranty. We are only one third of the way through the warranty period. Why is this company that supposedly had good reviews not standing behind their product?

This chair is extremely supportive and worth the money. I’m 6’5” and about 375 pounds and it fits me perfectly!

The chair is very comfortable and pretty large. holds weight well and is also good for tall people. my only issue with the chair is that the height is not adjustable so it will not fit under my work desk, even if i lower the arm rests completely. it also is missing a piece that holds the back support pillow up. aside from that it is a great chair if you are on the bigger side.

I sit and work in front of my computer 12 hours a day. It was killing my back but since I got this chair my back pain has become so much better than I expected.
