be quiet! Straight Power 11 Platinum 850W, fully modular, 80 PLUS Platinum, power supply

Upgraded processor from Ryzen 3600 > 5900X and have an ASUS TUF 3070 OC as the GPU. Had been using a Be Quiet 600W PSU with no problem but it was both only 80+ Bronze and power limiting. I like Corsair and the reviews looked good. Installation was a little bit tricky as the PSU is bigger than many other 1000W but not an issue. It came with 2 less cables than the manual stated. However, no matter how many checks on hardware and software, there was a significant power coil whine. I use a Corsair 275Q quiet case and want a quiet but powerful pc. The HX1000 was very much louder under 400-500W load than the 600W PSU. There was also a dreadful power coil whine that on researching, is quite common. Have replaced with a Be Quiet Straight Power 11 1000W and this is almost completely silent at idle and barely audible at full gaming. Really can't say more than if you want a quiet pc, these PSUs will do the trick.

The main thing that stands out to me with this PSU is the incredible build quality, the cables are built amazingly and come in mass! Easy to install, comes with screws too. Barely any noise at all. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable PSU.

Couldn’t be happier. A great upgrade to my old BeQuiet PSU from 2014. Again this one is super silent and, best of all, absolutely zero coil whine unlike many of the big brands. Throughly recommend BQ every time. Powers my RTX 30 and 12th gen setup brilliantly.

My new 1000w Gigabyte PSU was making a really annoying coil whine noise when scrolling/doing my work. I changed to this LLC 1200w BeQuiet 11 Straight Power PSU and the noise has gone.

It delivers on the brand name. Great product.

The ATX cables are definitely on the short side, which given that 1000w supplies are going to be used in high end systems is a little disappointing. I built in a Meshify 2 CL and the ATX cables in particular were too short to go behind the motherboard and back out, instead requiring that I take the ugly route through the front side. If you want to use this in a larger case and properly cable manage, consider ATX and 8 pin extension cables.

Always read good review about be quiet but as a first product to actually try.. I am not so impressed. The cables included are not the best quality. Although the product quality is good but the motherboard ATX 24pin plastic lock was loose which is disappointing.. it did fit in my mobo though without any issue.. for mining rig I wanted something powerful and quiet so this good but I think I could have got better option for less price

Un alimentation de très bonne qualité, même l'emballage respire la qualité. Inaudible une fois branchée dans une tour Antec P101 que j'utilise comme serveur NAS fait maison tournant 24/24 d'où ma recherche d'économie d'énergie (Alimentation Platinium) et de silence.

Aunque no es lo único que influye para tener un equipo silencioso (una buena torre, discos SSD, ventilación silenciosa...) la fuente es uno de los elementos que siempre va a estar ahí aportando unos decibelios mientras el equipo está funcionando. Esta fuente es la más silenciosa que he tenido hasta el momento (lleva en funcionamiento ya casi un año) y la comodidad de ser modular que me evita todo el lío de cables que tenía antes.

If you look for good quality, a very silent decibels emission and power efficiency, then look no further, because this PSU is perfect. It powers my setup without issues (13700K + Arc 770 + an AIO + a few fans) and allows some changes for the future (the current wattage potential leaving some room for upgrades/changes). Although I'll surely go for an other be Quiet! PSU in the future, I think I'd go for a semi-modular one next time, as you always need the CPU and motherboard connectors, fully-modular PSUs are providing "overkill" modularity in that extent (though it can be helpful for troubleshooting if a cable is defective). All in all, I'm delighted by the performances and the modularity, and investing in an efficient PSU with the current issues on the electricity production and pricing in Germany will surely be reflecting positively on the bills. 👌
