Yes it will work, however you must be sure that the car is set to recognise the tpms sensors on the wheels. If you are resetting the values of the sensors or location of the tyres if you have rotated the wheels for example, all will be fine. If however you are changing the wheels for different alloys there are 3 types of sensors available from ford, you need to ensure that the car is looking for the correct sensor as it cannot scan for 3 different types. This requires the car to be reset using forscan or ucds software by yourself or a mechanic. I found this item a real lifesaver as all the tyre services in my area did not have the software to reset ford sensors and suggested taking it to ford .... who quoted 60 pounds for the diagnostic and 1 hours labour...120 pounds to reset a sensor. The unit is wiorth the cost, great little item.

Unsure about the Galaxy, but I couldnt get it to work on a 2018 Fiesta.
