Hunt's, Dinner Starters, Seasoned Tomato Sauce For Meatloaf, 15oz Can (Pack of 6)

I hate to be blunt, but this sauce is horrible. It isn't even vaguely reminiscent of the Hunt's seasoned for meat loaf sauce I used to buy. The old sauce smelled exactly like meatloaf as soon as I opened the can. This stuff smells like unseasoned tomato sauce. Now I'm stuck with 5 cans of it. Don't buy it, use your own recipe and don't even add this...just use ketchup, it tastes better.

This is an excellent product typical of Hunt's products. However, it was way overpriced. I suggest doing a lot of shopping around.

I have been using this starter for years and in my opinion it makes the best meatloaf. Just go by the directions on the can. I add a few more ingredients to my meatloaf that the family likes which are a 8oz can of tomato sauce, 1 small onion chopped and half of a bell pepper (color of pepper is your choice) chopped. It's moist and juicy with lots of flavor.

Was very happy to find this product can no longer find it in the stores. However the product purchased has a blue meatloaf label on the can and the product received has a purple meatloaf label. These two items are different in flavor, although this one was good it’s not as good as the blue labeled one

Have used this sauce for years for my meatloaf, then it became unavailable in store. Was glad to find it on Amazon & bought 6 of them for now. Sauce is perfectly seasoned and makes delicious meatloaf. Will buy again.

I have searched high and low for this sauce. I can’t make a meatloaf taste good without it! Thank you for carrying it!

All cans in this order were dented. One can was too dented to use.

My sister in law told me about this years go . I've been using it ever since . But about 4 months ago I couldn't find it anywhere .Finally looked on amazon and there it was . My meatloaf wasn't being cooked for awhile because I knew it wouldn't taste the same . It was an exciting day when I cooked meatloaf again . The family missed Mo's meatlof ( that's what my grands call me ) Thanks yall . My integrity has been spared
