Dr. Fuhrman Gentle Care Formula - 120 Capsules

I really like this vitamin! It is complete and vegan. I swallow the caps one by one, taking two a day. Not small but not oversized either. Very happy with this multi vitamin.8/1/2013 Update: I am onto my third bottle. I really enjoy taking these vegan multivitamin . I have no side effects, and they really are easy to take. Pricy, but absolutely worth it for the health benefits and healthy lifestyle living.

This is one of high quality vitamin pills available without the possible harmful additives of many other vitamin brands. The only complaint I have about is that the plastic lid to ope/close the vitamin bottle is very thin and easy to break when you first open it. I had to replace it by cover from a bottle of another herb. A broken cover can cause scratches/cuts etc. The vitamin is pricey and so is the shipping expense. I have no substantial criticism of the vitamin content itself and do agree it provides "gentle care," I believe it to be an excellent choice of healthy ingredients.

I have been supplementing with Dr. Fuhrman's Gentle Care Formula for quite some time, and I am confident that they are fulfilling all of my daily nutritional requirements. I have been a vegan for several years, and these vitamins are vegan containing the necessary Vitamin B-12. I buy and use these multi-vitamins repeatedly and my health remains excellent. One star off because they are extremely expensive and I have to supplement with extra vitamin D from another source.

So far, no stomach issues with this vitamin, and it’s the perfect vegan vitamin on the market! So much research has gone into this supplement to complement what we may not be getting even eating a whole food plant-based Nutritarian diet. Thanks, Dr. Fuhrman.

Well-conceived formula by a top expert that supplies the needs of vegans without overdoing artificial supplements. I like that it has ample vitamin D, iodine, and B12, plus taurine, calcium, etc. Seems expensive but if you really look at labels of other products and see that you have to take other tablets to get things that are missing or undersupplied, it's actually the best value in my analysis comparing Deva, Kind and other quality vegan multiples.

I went on Dr Fuhrmans site and this was one of the recommended vitamins , I have Lupus ans any alfalfa is very bad for Lupus! Unfortunately I cannot return it

These really are gentle. If you have problems taking vitamins, these are worth a try. I have finally had great success with these.
