What happened???
I ordered this product in the past and used it until it just no longer had suction and couldn't speak more highly of it, I was addicted to using it and so bummed when it quit functioning on me about 6 months later. I went on to shop for another and saw some that had a heating/cooling side installed right on it and gave it a try, it was about $25 more and the only good thing was the heating/cooling functionality part, it was wayyy to powerful and the only results it produced were bruises all over my face, so I sent it back. I went on to buy another device that was about $15 cheaper than this specific one and unfortunately I had the same issues as the last, so back it went again and I thought 🤔 "why try to shop for another product when this one worked so well for me in the past," so I bought it again and was so excited to use it; unfortunately, something was off... The color was the same, but the suction on this one was not up to par, even on the highest speed. I am so disappointed because I was certain this device would not let me down since my old one worked so well for so long. I don't know if the manufacturer did something different and this is not the same identical one as I had before even though it looks the same or what the difference is, but what a bummer 😕...

Time siso app is not available from the US for iOS
Be careful if you live in the US! The camera app cannot be downloaded from the US appstore, making the product useless.

Great Product!
Really impressed by this device! Suction is great, totally unclogs pores easily and has reduce breakouts on face. Does dry out the skin, so make sure to moisturize. Camera quality is impressive! Great device!

I'm obsessed!
I'm in love with this thing!!! It really does suck out the gunk and I've been using it mostly on the lowest setting. It can make your skin red after a few passes but it quickly goes away!

It works kinda
so this is an honest review on it, it does work and take out the pores but if you put the settings to high level it can bruise you really bad like it did to me. this product does get the pores out at the cost of bruising you, the lowest level is not enough strength to get them out. as well how much it gets out isnt as much as the camera makes it seem, to be honest i'd recommend instead just getting a good face mask for pores instead.

Too powerful for face skin
Careful. This bruises with such suction. Retired. Much rather use a local facial to remove blackheads and advice on caring for skin.

Charging piece broke need a new one
The charging piece broke and stuck to the charging cord. I don't know if this has a warranty but I need a new one.

Works great
its got sucktion to pull out pimples and what ever you need. If you want power, look no further. Also you have to connect to its wifi then connect to it with app then hit home button.
