It worked properly for 7 months. After that, it stopped functioning in both auto and manual modes. In any mode, the power supply is not reaching the motor terminals. I contacted Amazon several times regarding the warranty. Even after raising two tickets, the executive was not ready to assist me in claiming it. The only option was to contact Imagine Technology directly, but they did not answer my calls. All my efforts were in vain. Do NOT buy this product if you expect warranty support. Otherwise, it is an okay product.

excellent, does what it is designed for, working fine for a week now.

Imagine screaming "Mommy turn on the motor", while you are in the bath or toilet. Well I was in a similar situation which led me to buy this controller. Since it has a float sensor I feel this will last longer. Been using for 4 months & works perfectly. Installation was simple, very detailed instructions are provided alongwith the product. I feel everyone should buy this product to prevent situations where you are out of water & reduce water wastage when tank is overflowing. No worry with this thing.

Installed it today. Product is working fine . Quality of sensor covering plastic and wire can be improved. Therefore one less star. Will update after few months. Its easy to install . Update- after 6 months, working fine. Once due to carbon build up on the joining wire of float sensor the motor was on for extended periods of time. Contacted customer service, they were helpful. Another time it was on during low voltage leading to motor damage. Low voltage protection / dry run protection should be provided.
