Modern Home Chef Meal Prep Containers with Lids BPA-Free, Reusable, Microwavable 28 oz (Set of 10)

Super nice durable containers! I took these with me on vacation to avoid eating out too much and to eat healthier. So I meal-prepped and used these. It kept everything fresh. I was able to fit 10 whole hard boiled eggs in ONE container, so yes, they are pretty big! Super handy even for storage of leftovers! I found that they are at times difficult to open. This is both good and bad. Good, because they won't randomly pop open in transport. BAD, because I already cracked one of the lids attempting to pry it open which is why they are getting the 4 star! I wish the design had a wee bit longer tabs ! Otherwise, they are extremely useful and sturdy product!

One of the containers already broke on the bottom half, not sure how it happened though. Might have been on of my kids playing with it. The other 9 have help up nicely and they have been through the dishwasher several times now. The seal on them is also very good. I throw my meals in my bag when I leave for work, and I have not had any problems with leaking or the lid coming off. Overall I would say these are very good if you're into meal prep. I would purchase again!

I ordered the 10 pack and tried them, reusing them several times. I was so impressed I ordered another two packs of 10. On receipt, I set out to do some cooking of servings for 4 to 6. Prepared dinners of Kung Pao Chicken over rice, Sweet & Sour Chicken over rice, Beef Enchiladas with refried beans and Mexican rice, a thick spaghetti sauce with meatballs over spaghetti noodles, and lasagna. Placed the dinners in these containers and put them in the freezer. Now we make a light dinner salad and each take out one of these dinners from the freezer, open the lid for venting and microwave the dinner for 3 to 4 minutes on high. It makes a convenient evening meal with variety for everyone. I’ll be buying more!

I use these containers to store the homemade cat food that I make for my special needs cat. I love how convenient they are. I dump the food in, seal them, then stack them in the freezer. I stack them 4 high and have not had a problem with lid breakage or anything. Overall, I'm satisfied. I gave 4 stars because I don't use them in the microwave, so I cannot comment on how well they do in that area.

They're ok - kind of disappointed as they're rated some of the best in the food prep category, but in actuality. they're just the same take out containers you get from Chinese food. They do seal well, and hold a good amount of food, but the plastic is pretty brittle. After 2 uses, the corner chipped off of 1 and the cover is smashed on another - perhaps is was mishandled, but none of my disposable Rubbermaid ever 'broke'. Back to the drawing board I guess ... I'll use them till they're all broken. On a positive note, they fit perfect in the top of the dishwasher.

I was looking for something like I have seen at a fitness food company. I thought if I had similar containers that I could prep my food and save money on take out. So far so good, They arrived and are a little bigger than the ones I was trying to copy, but I like that. The lids make a little click when they are pushed on all around ensuring that they won't just pop off. They are not leak proof, but I wasn't expecting them to be. I will be buying more to be able to do a larger prep session each week.

I really like these containers. They're a good size for leftovers or sharing baked goods, and storing small craft items like perler beads. The lids can be a little tricky to get on all the way, but they're holding up well and I've had several people ask where I've gotten them.

~i have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. I originally posted that my containers came damaged. Amazon/the selling company sent me new containers. Did not expect that! I have used the containers and love them.! The perfect size. Its thin and not bulky, one of my main concerns when deciding what to buy.I just received my containers today. I opened the plastic packaging to find one of the bottom containers cracked and broken. It's frustrating as I have been waiting to get these and they came damaged.
