If you are like me, migraines since I was 14, you have bought every gadget, cream, &pill to alleviate the pressure. Mine is on my right eye area every time. I was given one similar to this one & lost it. I was so upset bc it was something i couldnt live w/out. I found this one on amazon, when i recvd it it didnt feel the same etc so i requested a refund. Seller told me to keep it & issued refund w/out hesitation. Awesome. I tried looking for a replacement and gave up. Pulled this out & started using it 10 +migraines ago. I now dont sleep w/out it. I would like to pay for it again out of good faith and apologize for not giving it a moment when i first got it. It has the right material. Feels cold when u need it. Warm if temp heats up. And the thing i cant do without is the compression. It is perfect and helps tremendously! I dont even know if u can heat up or make colder. Ill have to ck but as far as the product, it is top notch. Thank u to the seller! Cant sleep without it.

Cool and comfortable. My girls love wearing it. We bought it to help with migraines, (which was helpful) but it has turned into a comfort and escape the heat headgear. It doesn’t need to go over the eyes, but it can. To be fair, I have a large head. I haven’t tried it. But my girls have normal sized girl heads for high school and college age people. It works for them.

LIFE SAVING FOR MIGRAINES!! I can occasionally get really bad migraines and try to hold off on taking meds if I can. This cap is incredible and prevents me from taking meds most of the time. It is extremely thick so it holds coldness for awhile. I have no issues with it staying in place. I constantly leave mine in the freezer so it's always ready to go when needed and don't have any issues

Ice pack for my migrane, it is great relief for my headaches and migraines. Color is fine but I dont care much about the color I care more about the durability and the product works great. Pop it in the freezer or fridge and head hurts bam put it on your head. Easy peasy.

This helps my husband who has migraines. Even if we don't put the mask in the refrigerator, he said the gel is still cool enough to work. I'm buying another one in case this one gets lost. He uses it every day!
