CRAFTSMAN 2-Shelf 3-Foot Tall Stackable Tool Chest Depth Storage Rack (3-Feet, 1 Set)

The package arrived damaged with two unusable bent crossbeams. I was not interested in returning the package to Amazon since I'd already installed one prior to noticing the damage. Amazon gave me a Craftsman Contact who quickly forward the issue to their JS Products division who promptly sent me two new crossbeams. I'm very happy with the customer service throughout the chain. This is the second set of two shelves I've bought recently and I'm satisfied with ease of installation and the sturdiness of the units. I can't comment on the weight capacity since I'm using them in my attic for lighter plastic bins, but was able to put the lower shelf high enough to get quite a bit of heavy items underneath the shelf (one of the pictures online shows that configuration).

These 2 shelves came in a 100+lb box and I used a hand truck to get them to the garage. There were easy to assemble by myself and are very sturdy and well built IMO. The size was perfect for my use case in the garage as well.

Pros: heavy duty, attractive, sturdy with the wall fixing bracket which is adjustable, easy to adapt to your space and needs (can be 3-wide instead of 2-tall or 2 half-height stand alone shelves)Cons: assembly was a little more complicated than I expected, and the instructions weren’t very detailed. Being a detail-oriented person, there are some bolts/nuts on the wrong side of the corner pieces (which I could fix by disassembling the whole thing, but that’s too much work).I’d buy this again, and actually wish I had purchased 2 instead of the plastic one you can see on the right in the 2nd photo.

After looking at a lot of different aquarium stands that don't look sturdy, I found these. Great price, lots of storage, and holds a lot of weight per shelf

I needed some sturdy shelves to hold my 3d printers. They needed to be sturdy to reduce the vibrations from the printers and provide a nice look in my office/printer cave. These shelves fit the bill perfectly! They provide a sturdy base and enable me to house multiple printers on each segment. The steel construction also enables me to add magnets to my tools to keep them in arms reach as I perform routine maintenance on the printers.

We purchased and received these products last year when we moved into our new home. They arrived and were easy to assemble. At the time they seemed a bit flimsy for Craftsman products, but we installed them in the garage and loaded them up with miscellaneous small items - like Halloween decorations, bike helmets, boxing gloves, etc. These items are bulky but not heavy, and definitely under the weight rated for each shelf. In the middle of the night our cat (10 lbs) jumped onto the shelf and one of them collapsed, spilling the contents. It was the bracket that bent and caused the collapse. These shelving units are junk - at least the ones we received. I'm very disappointed.

Everything about the units was top notch. Surprisingly well made and easy to construct.

I bought this to hold my compressor and have an extended workbench against my Craftsman tool chests. Solid construction and it was easy to put together. I added a solid shelf as the wire shelf alone sagged with the weight of the compressor. It was an easy fix and preferable to the wire.
