It does the job well.
Does a great job with keeping out flies and mosquitoes in the summer months. I would recommend getting sand instead of water at the base to keep the wind from shifting it away when it open. The water leaks out everywhere. That’s my only negative.

One of the very best umbrella nets you can buy
Has water filled membranes at base works really good. Keeps the smallest mosquito's out, even shades somewhat.

Fast and easy set up and great zipper!
I have used these for 3 years in a row now and just bought 2 more. They are terrific and a steal when on sale. Not 1 time in those 3 years have I had any part fail or malfunction. And we give our zippers quite a work-out as we go in and out a lot and live in a very hot climate. About every 30 days I use my blower and clear the accumulated dust off the net and it's almost shiny and new. Set up is a breeze. I am only 5'2" and every year I put this up on my 9' umbrella all by myself in about 30 minutes. If I was only 5 or 6 inches taller, I would have it done in 10 minutes but unfortunately, I have to go up and down the step ladder a bunch of times. With 2 people it's a 10-minute job. I personally buy more than one at a time - thank goodness for the amazing sale prices - because I have 3 large dogs. The dogs can't always see the mesh and have run into - or more accurately through it - leaving large holes. This of course was no fault of the product but of my silly dogs. With the net we are able to eat outside without flys, bees or wasps bothering us. We can sit in the evenings and enjoy the night air without swatting away mosquitos or having to use any types of repellents. Oh, and no June Bugs landing in your hair either. The extra bonus we never expected is that it keeps our dogs away from the table when we are eating as well.

Has saved me from many bites so far this sunmer!
Net arrived fast and packed well. The most difficult part of using this umbrella is getting it up initially. I am 5'2 and did this on my own with a little ingenuity. Here's my tips: Zip it up first and get it into a circular form so that you can throw it over your umbrella Close your umbrella completely and toss it over than pull the drawstring out so you have about 5 feet of string in length. Now open your umbrella about half way bring the netting up and over the umbrella and pull the string tighter until it stays on its own. At this point you can fully open your umbrella and it will stay and you can tighten and loosen the drawstring until it sits just right. Fill up bottom with water and position to your liking. I have had this for about 3 months now and can say that although it is a delicate mesh iflt hasn't ripped on me. The zipper hasn't been an issue for me like other reviewers have mentioned. I do open and close it carefully since I am aware this could be an issue but it's held up just fine. I got this and set it up before the pollen started falling and it got REALLY dirty, I tried to wash it off with a hose and it did nothing because most pollen got stuck between the drawstring and umbrella. Unfortunately the only way to clean it is to wait for it to be dry shake it out than hose down any residual once it's back up again. You have to fill the bottom for it to be effective and keep the zipper closed because if you don't you will find bugs get trapped in there as well as the occasional bird. My table is 5x3 with four chairs and it can feel a bit snug sometimes but I'm the only person who sits at the table daily so I positioned it so I have more room in the chair I like to sit in. I couldn't imagine seating more than four people under the netting it would be difficult. All in all it has truly saved me from wasps and mosquitos and I will be packing it up for next year to use again when this season is done. I do believe it will make it another year and will come back to update.

Bugs out
Keeps bugs from bugging you. The water tube leaked out in a day, that tube is junk. I used a 1" black water pipe. Connected it together and it works great without water

This thing made me so happy! It the opposite of a steam room
I love this cool mist room created with this netting. I put water in the grounding tube; and it was fun to watch the ants and bees not figure out how to get underneath the tube. Me and my hubby went in the area in our swimming suits. We put our hose water purifier on the hose end and then nice clean water sprayed over us while to bugs stayed outside of the round area we created. You could put a table in the center of the covered umbrella that we attached under this sturdy netting. This is not a time to eat, this is a time to cool off. We attached a separate cool misting hose thing to the top of the inside of the umbrella and Bam we had a round cool misting room in the outdoors that was free of bugs and that allowed cool, purified water to spray over us.. I used only an umbrella stand with the umbrella and two lawn chairs and I spread out a tarp under the chairs and the umbrella because we set up the umbrella on the concrete driveway. The water ran down on to the tarp and puddle beneath our feet as we sat in the lawn chairs under the umbrella with the water misting over us. It was like a cool waterfall appeared in your backyard or driveway. Get the picture - an oasis had appeared!. I hope that was clear enough for you to follow. I took pictures and sent them to our friends so you will just have to imagine what the photos looked like as I have none to include with my review. Too much to show. The rest of the world. Yes, it's a quick pop up gazebo. More fun than a traditional gazebo, because can be converted back from a cool misting room to a gazebo type covering once you let it dry out. The possibilities are endless! One fall day I may plastic it in and open the slit to a fire pit sitting in the distance. Endless uses. In other words, buy the darn thing!

Product broken just around the month mark
It worked great for a month and a week, then the string was found broken that tightens it into the umbrella. I can no longer tighten it and it's near impossible to fix. in theory it's a great item, but maybe find a better made one.
