Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce - 14 oz.

This is a great plum sauce, if a little unusual, at least to me. Most plum sauces I've tasted are sweet, but this one, while still a little sweet, has an interesting salty kick because it's main ingredient is salted plums. I wasn't really expecting that from a plum sauce but was pleasantly surprised to find I'm a fan of salted plums. Even though it is a bit salty, it's still very much a tasty plum sauce, unlike most of the ones I've been able to find online or locally, which frequently turn out to be little more than a plum-tinged ketchup. If you're looking for a good one that is the more traditional sweet flavor, I would recommend the Wok Mei brand.

This was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised with how great it is, perfectly flavored and super easy to make sauces with. I’ll def buy it again!

As I ordered

I purchased this product to use as a dipping sauce for store bought Chinese egg rolls. I didn’t think it has much flavor, was too sweet for my taste and would describe it as mediocre at best. Would not purchase it again.

Makes a good stir fry or Asian BBQ sauce

this stuff is the best ..... I cook diced up chicken and throw it on top of a salad with some yum yum suace ....... I was able to find it years ago in all my local markets but not anymore ... thank god for amazon LOL

Received with crushed bottom and leaking and now after trying to return, not eligible for return. If item is broken or leaking you should be able to get a credit or replaced product.

For whatever reason, I am no longer able to find plum sauce in any supermarket. This is stressful. I like to make Chinese stirfry and I love the taste of the plum sauce with the hoisin and the fish and the soy sauce. Unfortunately, plum sauce is like gone. Nobody knows why so that being said I am thankful to find these large jars of plum sauce on Amazon, I love it thank you
