Great keyboard a few fixes needed though
This thing is pretty well made. Its sturdy, goes well with the ipad. The only 2 issues are a) the rubber gripers kind of suck and tear. So taking it in and out of the thing blows. It holds well though.Next you have to press space to wake it. I want to just move the mouse to wake. But you can press space and then space again and the. I opens to the Home Screen. The backing it comes with blows and doesn’t stay on so im going to 3d print a new one with an Apple Pencil holder.Typing on it is nice, and the mouse is prey fluid. A bit clicky, but definitely usable.

Takes my iPad Pro to a whole new level!
Brydge Pro+ Wireless Keyboard with Trackpad for iPad Pro is by far THE best keyboard I have used with iPad in the last several years. I have tried many, and this one exceeds all my expectations. It truly turns my iPad Pro into a MacBook "lite." I had the previous version of the Brydge Pro Wireless Keyboard (no trackpad) and really enjoyed how easy it was to use and how fluid it was for typing. But not having a trackpad or using Apple Pencil makes it an 8 of 10 experience. I have been using the new Brydge Pro+ Wireless Keyboard with Trackpad for iPad Pro for the last week and cannot find anything negative to say about it. The trackpad works like a charm and really gives me that laptop feel in an iPad. I do like the new design in the hinge where the iPad sits. It feels a lot sturdier and stable. Overall, THIS IS the best iPad keyboard for those looking to transform your iPad into a laptop.

Laptop Stop
Overall, I really like the keyboard. The keys feel good and function quite well. Sometimes, though, the track pad gets swiped and may move your page and disrupt your flow while typing. Also, the range of motion/angles makes more for a “laptop” feel. You will have to remove the tablet completely in order to use the pencil effectively in some cases. However, not complaining, just personal experience thus far. Would still recommend for anyone looking for a good backlit, good looking keyboard. It makes the iPad look like a MacBook Pro.

Hinge that holds iPad broke after 4 days
Hinge that holds iPad broke off after 4 days. However I was already planning on returning it because it performed so poorly. Before it broke off I realized that when it was on my lap the two hinges dug into my thighs. It also scratches up wood surfaces it’s resting on when you move it. Does not respond to scrolling when using trackpad and when it does it’s jerky - need to use up-down arrows instead; cursor does not respond until you touch the screen to get it started; cursor jumps all over the place when typing, often randomly erasing type. It was so slow to do everything I had to revert to touching the screen. On the plus side I like having a row of function keys. However you can make do without that since the important key command keys are there: CMD, Option, Control. Can’t believe they put out this product. Yes, cheaper than the expensive Apple Magic Keyboard, but ultimately worth nothing.

Makes you buy $70 screen protector??
Decent keyboard, but if you have a glass screen protector that is NOT the brydge brand (only sold on their website) it will not fit because of the way it attaches to the ipad. So you get a decent $25 keyboard.. only to have to spend another $70 + shipping if you want a screen protector.

Fantastic Bluetooth keyboard for iPad
Have an iPad 12.9 6th gen. I wanted a Bluetooth keyboard that I could use connected to the device but also have my iPad on a stand and sit back on the couch while still operating. The new Brydge has a permanent top piece so you can’t use it separately. Figured I would try this version but thought the gen 6 iPad version wouldn’t fit. I was pleasantly surprised to find replacement rubber pieces in the box that fit the gen 5 iPad Pro which happens to be the exact same dimensions as gen 6. Absolutely perfect!! My iPad fits and this keyboard basically turns it into a laptop. But I can also use it separately. 1000% recommend this keyboard. Battery life is awesome and the trackpad works perfectly.

LOVE THIS KEYBOARD!
I LOVE THIS! Keyboard can be used separately which most cannot. I’m able to put my iPad on the tripod and use the keyboard with trackpad from my desk. Excellent responsiveness. A bit pricey but worth it.

Keyboard came with its right holder shaft broken!
When opening the box I found the right holder loose inside, this is not attached to the keyboard. Its shaft was fractured (see image). The keyboard is still operational, but much less robust. I have a 5th gen IPAD 12.9" Pro and the rubber pads serve their purpose but they are quite difficult to install correctly, be patient when doing this job. I plan to keep it, as this keyboard is a good choice, but of course you are not expecting to recieve a broken item, I hope to get some compensation from the seller.
