This product is the best meal replacement drink I have seen to date. I keep waiting for other products to catch up to them, but so far they haven't. The main difference between this meal replacement and other meal replacement products I've seen is in the carbohydrates they provide. Most other meal replacements I've seen either use sugars or maltodextrin as their main carbohydrate. The problem with this is that they have a high glycemic index. This means that when you eat them, your blood sugar rapidly rises and your body responds by making a lot of insulin. Then in a very short time, your blood sugar is low and you have no energy and are hungry again. This product is low sugar and no maltodextrin which is great. Hopefully it has a low glycemic index. The oil blend is this product looks to be good. They don't report the exact percentages of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids but they do contain omega fatty acids. As for the protein, it's a blended protein that's 40 grams per serving. In my opinion, the taste of these products is great, but that's only an opinion. Concerning the nutritional value of this product, everything I've said here is easy to validate with a little research. The only downfall of this product is the cost. It's a lot cheaper to just blend protein powder, oatmeal and Udo's oil in a blender, but that obviously isn't nearly as convienent. All in all, this is a great product, but be sure to shop around because the price can vary greatly.

Oh, this is delicious! I used my shaker cup and oat milk for my lunch replacement shake. The scoop provided is pretty big so I added one to my cup and shook it well then added the second scoop. That way I didn’t get clumps. To me (with oat milk) it tastes like a creamy vanilla milkshake. No aftertaste that I can tell. It’s smooth, creamy and simply delicious. It’s sweeter when I use Lactaid milk; no idea why. Maybe it’s just me.

have tried so many different protein powders and hands down this is the best one. I haven't tried the other flavors, just the vanilla. It tastes like vanilla ice cream. I have added strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and boysenberries as well as bananas, and no matter how I mix it, it always comes out great. And it tastes fantastic on it's own without anything added but ice and water. The Vanilla Ice Cream (comes in the tub) and Soft Vanilla Ice Cream (comes in the packets) have a slightly different taste, but it's not very noticeable and they both taste great. I love the packets because they are easy to take with me when I am on the go. I use the tub when I am home. The tub directions asks for two scoop fulls (70g) into 10 oz of water while the packets are one packet (49g) into 8 oz of water. So when using the tub, I use a little less than a scoop and a half. The tub is less expensive, but I can't help but like the packets for taking with me. I mix it up with ice and water in a BlenderBottle when I am on the go and it tastes great. It's not grainy, no after taste, and even without an electric blender it's smooth and frothy.

My husband is very particular about his protein powders and this is a great replacement for the METRX vanilla that is not available anymore. We've purchased multiple times.

I started dieting back in May and have taken off about 16 pounds as of this writing. I'm using some common android apps to track calories and activity. I noticed some days I wasn't getting enough protein so I turned to Lean Body as a supplement. It tasks pretty good on it's own (as others have said, it tastes a lot like cake batter), but I came up with a little trick. Since it has a vanilla base I started to mix in those liquid water enhancers, like MiO and others like it. The Orange/Tangerine, for example, makes it taste like a creamsicle. I've done the berry flavor that was good as well. If I'm at home I'll just blend in fruit and juice but if I'm sitting here at work it's so easy to just as a squirt of the flavor to the water and then mix in the powder... just so the stuff doesn't get boring. I'll try Lean Body's other flavors down the road but the containers are bulky so being able to mix things in with the vanilla flavor works really well. I'm happy with it so far.

First off I want to state that I purchased this as a meal replacement for weight loss. Replacing 1 meal a day. I only use 1 scoop per 10oz of water instead of 2 scoops. It taste better and isn’t so thick. I’ve tried the strawberry flavor and I think it tastes like strawberry milk. I’ve given out samples at my work and that was the overall consensus. And surprisingly NOT chalky. I’ve also tried the vanilla flavor and it was nice to have a new flavor other than strawberry everyday. Not bad, taste like vanilla ice cream, but not as good as the strawberry. I would still give 5 stars. Now the best part, I’ve done zero exercise outside of my daily work(painting cars) where I am on my feet for 10 hours straight and walk 3 miles in that time. I’m on day 60 and I’ve lost 28 lbs. In addition to using this as a meal replacement, I also have cut out fast food, boxed foods, potatoes and sugar. I plan on losing 15 more pounds before I hit the gym and start lifting weights. Then I will used this in addition to a meal for extra protein.

I can't find a better protein shake mix for a better price anywhere. Its been my breakfast shake for the last 6 months and I still look forward to breakfast every morning.

Just got them today and its not even april 16 (the date it was gonna be delivered) anyways ordering more. Only protein i get results from and actually get buffed.

Tastes good but too sweet for me. Also note that the nutrition values are for two scoops not one.

Taste like melted vanilla ice cream! And makes me feel full!
