McDavid 475 Adjustable Groin Wrap , Black

So I originally ordered this strap to help with what I thought was a groin pull that turned out to be a hip flexor. It sits up high on the leg and has rubbish backing that keeps it from sliding down your leg - that alone makes it a 5 star product. I have used this to cut my lawn (an hour plus ordeal up a hill) with very little slippage. Now while not working perfectly for my issue IF you have a hamstring pull or strain this is a perfect product to provide support for you.

My daughter pulled her groin doing some trapping drills during basketball practice, we bought this brace and she never missed a beat!! It gave her the confidence in her leg to continue her intensity and eventually she was able to quit wearing it!! One funny thing, it made her sweat directly on her skin, so she would wear it over her spandex!!

OK brace for light sprains. It doesn't provide a lot of support. The wrap is 24" long. The manufacture neglected to put that in the specs. It stretches easily up to 28". This does NOT have a smell. It is a nice, light weight brace.

I had been using self adhesive wraps from the store to wrap a sprained groin muscle which I injured while playing pickleball.It has been a challenge to do any kind of strengthening exercises. I bought this wrap and must say it has been great. It really provides support while exercising the groin back to health. I would highly recommend this product and wish I had purchased it three weeks ago when I sustained the injury. Tomorrow I am going to use it while I am playing pickleball.

This wrap allowed me to walk without a very pronounced limp due to a groin pull. I found that when I wrapped it around my thigh, I needed to align the top and bottom layers directly on top of each other. If one was at an angle the wrap would slip down pretty quickly when walking. I was able to wear it all day with no problems. It also alleviated a lot of my pain! Great buy. Highly recommend.

This wrap worked very well for the short time I was able to use it. I purchased this for use during a Spartan race to keep my hamstring from cramping up or pulling my hamstring. However as soon as it went through water it became unattached and I have no idea where it ended up. I didn't even realize it was gone until several minutes after I came out of the livestock drinking hole we had to walk through. There may be a cow somewhere in Virginia with this groin wrap on fixin to prepare for the next cow-lympics. I am glad I was able to purchase it so some cow along the course could end up with it. Hopefully that favor will be returned and my next steak will be that much more tender...

I pulled inner thigh muscle at hym. I am on the lean side and was worried about this sliding, but it wraps tightly and the Velcro is really strong. I wore under tighter fitting leggings but no slippage on 5 mile walk. I'd recommend
