Fire Sense 60763 All Weather Wicker Patio Heater, Mocha

What a great value!Box came properly sealed and packaged for the size of the contents. The assembly was straightforward, all of the pieces were in the box, and clearly separated and marked. After assembly, we fired it up for a party that night, and it worked perfectly. Just a note of warning (other heaters, not this one), it is wise to keep the heat level down during the initial start for about 30 minutes, otherwise the 'cap' has a tendency to warp. Keeping the heat low initially allows the system to 'season' and adjust to the temperature.We're very happy with this unit, and the wicker base looks terrific and matches our other patio components. Amazon was definitely less expensive, as well, than other sources. Totally great buy and I would highly recommend.

Our patio heater arrived as promised - in time - and carefully packed. We did need the help of our son-in-law who puts together this kind of thing on an every day basis, so if you are not the handy type, get some help! We love the look of the wicker on the bottom. Our heaters (we bought two) work very well and kept everyone warm at our outdoor evening gathering. All that, and they look good too! We would suggest getting covers for them to keep their luster a little longer.

I can't believe what a steal I got by buying this Patio Heater! It looks great, works great, keeps one warm when standing around it and sitting (although a blanket over the legs when sitting was more comfortable). It is true to the 9' heat production and kicks the heat out well. It does NOT come with the gas tank, FYI, but it is the same size as my BBQ, so it's perfect!

I have used this model at a friend's and it seems to shed adequate warmth. The wicker-cover looks good. My beef is with the assembly instructions: The assembly itself isn't hard, and the pieces fit well, but the confusing instructions make it harder than it needs to be. They contain an incomplete parts list that doesn't jibe with written directions and teeny-tiny, blurry, low-resolution diagrams and photos.The hardware contents list uses labels ("J", "Q", and so on) for bolts and nuts and washers that do not correspond to the instructions that follow. The box contains several parts not mentioned in the contents. And the hardware is not shown exact-size as in some manuals, for ease of identification. The descriptions ("M6x12mm bolt with lock washer") will help - if you maybe work in a hardware store.If you're the kind of person (I am not) who lays the instructions aside and just plows ahead, you might actually have an easier time of it.

This took way too long to build.The second step own the instructions were inaccurate.I hope that's the only thing wrong within the unit.I went with an off brand name because it had a whicker base that matched our patio furniture.

I had this heater for couple of years and the burner dial assembly has become oxidized/frozen. Tried using lube spray etc. but nothing worked. Called the manufacturer for a replacement part and was told that I had to buy the entire dome assembly, the cost of which was about half the cost of the entire unit. How does a manufacturer not engineer/sell replacement parts for something that would certainly require replacement at some point? I would never buy from this manufacturer again. Threw the entire unit in the garbage...

Very disappointed in this patio heater. It took several weeks and 2 shipments from the manufacturer of missing pieces to get this thing put together. Very poor quality control at the factory as the two pieces which required replacement were essential to assembly. Once assembled it is working and seems to provide adequate heat.It should also be noted that the manufacturer was quite difficult about providing the missing parts. Quite frustrating the hoops they made us jump through for their mistakes.

This is the second FireSense patio heater I’ve purchased - I now have one in each of two locations. Like the first, the new one was easy and quick to assemble and worked perfectly with the first push of the igniter. The only differences, which I didn’t realize when purchasing, were that the second heater did not have a built-in table and the igniter is not a piezo.
