For medical reasons I was told I need to lower BMI, blood sugars, and weight prior to a procedure. I increased exercise levels (without Gym) and had 2 of these a day plus a healthy meal and I dropped weight healthily through hard work and other changes have kept it at bay. These are not forever though, they did what i needed them to and I have now successfully reintroduced food back to 3 meals plus a snack. This isn't a miracle cure but used correctly can help you achieve the results you need to. They taste great, they're convenient and easy to use. the size of each bag is plenty for around 2/3 weeks on 2 a day. These are not instead of food but can be combined with a healthy diet , lifestyle and exercise to help healthily lose weigh while not starving, feeling hungry or lacking energy. they are filling but be ready to make the proper changes and maintenance because this is for use as part of a routine not instead of. The exercise, healthy eating, lifestyle changes and longer term goals must also be adhered to and sensibly used.

New customer and have tried both the banana and vanilla. Keeps me full, I manage to have just one shake for brunch and I can last until dinner, definitely keeps me full for a few hours and makes dieting for weight loss so much easier as it’s a quick, easy and low cal option! It does have a slightly chalky taste so I’d recommend blitzing it in the blender (I throw in a banana and some Greek yoghurt so it goes further) and it definitely helps to keep a smooth consistency. 5lb down in 2 weeks by drinking one a day plus a healthy diet - good quality and value, not to mention tasty, would recommend!

I have been using this product as a protein packed meal replacement whilst I am working. It is full of the nutrients that we need for a balanced diet. It is filling and tastes nice. It has a similar texture to milkshake. It is good value for money when comparing it to other products.

Really nice flavour and consistency. Tried many other brands of the same type of product and this is defintely my preferred one.

I generally use this for my breakfast and lunch because it controls my portion size and is easy. Mixes well, i use the banana flavor tastes ok and does what it needs to. Plenty of protein and other nutrients. Then i use the rest of my days calories to adapt to the workouts of the day, whether i am wanting to actively cut, maintain or bulk. Works well for me.

I've been having these shakes for the past 2 years, they do exactly what it says on the packageing, great source of protien and makes you feel full whilst getting the nutriance that the body needs whilst on the weightloss journey, It has contributed to my wieght loss wilst also on a healthy diet as well, I'm down 4 stone and I will carry on with this shake as a daly plan for me.

Arrived today I'm looking for weight loss shake that feels me up as not always hungry for breakfast I used soy milk and left distant taste and was heavy Tried water lot lighter and thinner no calories tasted OK will use water I've switched from bulk company serious shredz 4kg as followed instructions and the one glass in the morning just didn't feel me up I had constant craving

Very tasty, shame its only for 7 days. Will buy again though. It tastes like banana and more like a milk shake 😋

Schmeckt sehr gut, sowohl mit Milch als auch mit Wasser. Hilft sehr dabei mal eine Mahlzeit einzusparen.

Das Produkt sättigt sehr sehr gut daher volle Sterne. Hatte aber von dem grüntee unruhig schlafen können.

schmeckt gut, ist gut. Läßt so einige Konkurrenten hinter sich. 1.5 cups auf 350ml sollte man auf 450ml erhöhen. Spielt in der Liga von Fresubin.
