Mine is still working. Did you hold the power button 2 seconds then push it again to turn it on?

Q: Does it get air in your bottom

Only if you let it run too long--shut it off BEFORE the water level is down to the end of the take up tube. ALSO- Run it for 2 -3 seconds in the tub, shower or sink BEFORE you inset it (to get the air out of the take up tube).

Q: Do you use distilled water with this?

Hello, we recommend customer to use water only, other kind of liquid might damage the enema or might block the sprinklers.

Q: Does this work well for vaginal douching?

I wouldn’t know 😉 however I’m sure on lowest speed it would work fine
