Pierre Bonnard: The Late Still Lifes and Interiors (Metropolitan Museum of Art Publications) Hardcover – 27 Feb. 2009

This book has good quality reproductions and a good range of pictures reproduced. I also like the quality of paper it is printed on.. The text is informative and interesting though does stray into using a few cliché's..

This is a comprehensive guide to the latter mature years of Bonnard's life and gives the reader a very good picture in text of the last developments of the artists work. The illustrations are of good colour reproduction high quality.

A beautiful artist...very nice book.

ボナールの画集ということで以前から気になっていましたが、思い切って購入してみて少し残念でした。図版の質と数が合格点にないと思います。地方在住なのでなかなか洋書取扱い書店に行けないので仕方ありませんが博打に負けた感じです。物足りなさ過ぎでした。

Compared to the hardcover version, it still pales in color and the printed color is dull

Not being fortunate enough to see this exhibition, I found that this book conveys the spirit of Bonnard's work thoughtfully. The quality of the reproductions may not be the best but the writing is informative and worthwhile.
