Amazing
I have been using these patches for years and they are so much better than any other options I’ve tried. They last as long as the shoes for me and they stick to the shoes very well. It is better for adhesion to put the patch in the shoe where you need it and wear it immediately. The heat and pressure from your foot helps the patch stick to the shoe. I love these and always keep a pack in my purse in case a shoe starts to get painful when I’m out.

Simply the best
I bought these in a last ditch effort prior to my first ultra marathon. I was struggling with blisters from shoes that I otherwise liked and didn't want to spend the money on new shoes. I installed these pads and they lasted the entire race (50k) without ANY blisters on the areas which I used them. I cannot recommend them enough, just make sure they are properly stuck to the shoe before running.

Saved my feet from Arch- Edge blisters
I am a serious post-collegiate distance runner and had bad plantar fasciitis at the end of August. The cortisone shot knocked me off of training for 2 weeks and I forked over the money for custom orthotics which I had to wait another two weeks for. I was out of shape. Then the new inserts gave me arch blisters! How am I supposed to break them in and get back into shape if it hurts to run! The doctor was no help, all they said was "heal your blisters and your feet will get used to them". No thank you! Moleskin was working kind of but not completely. But I watched a video about arch blisters from ENGO and thought I would give it a try. I felt a difference IMMEDIATELY. I now am 3 weeks back into running and they still work. The ones that I put on my inserts I had some bubbles/creases and am worried they will come off at some point, but I think I would buy it again just for the relief! Follow the video and try it out.

Absolutely Legit
I recently was told by a doctor that I have Haglund's deformity; aka bone spurs. I "solved" my issues by using these double layered socks along with silicone based lubricants; however, I had to wear heavily broken in shoes. This means that I have to incorporate a whole regimen of breaking in shoes while in leagues with riding carts before a pair of shoes can graduate to walking status. I just added a new product to my protective arsenal that allowed me to wear very new shoes without a single hot spot or blister forming. These patches let me walk 18 holes with almost brand new shoes. I'm not sure how well they would work alone, but with multiple angles of prevention these things are great.

They work!
I have ordered these many times. They are as described and arrive when promised.

Did not even stick to new shoes
I have a pair of Brooks Ghost 10s that gave me a blister on my left heel (where the insole meets the soft padding in the back of the shoe). I applied one of these to the almost new shoes and the patch did not adhere very well. Not only did I have a fairly uncomfortable wrinkle in it (my bad), but I easily pulled the patch off after a long walk. I used alcohol to clean the shoes and tried again a day later... it kind of stuck to the insole, but did not stick to the back of the shoe. I like the shoes so much that I bought a 2nd pair and applied a patch to the new shoes... again it did not stick to the back of the shoe and could easily be pulled off after a 3 mile walk (even though body heat is supposed to help set the adhesive). I'm not sure if I got a bad batch, but I have used 3 of the 4 larger stickers and really don't see the point in trying again... at least not for the heel area. I was hoping for a somewhat permanent solution but I am going to try mole skin next. I read all the great reviews and followed all the directions so I really don't understand. : (

Good product, still blistered!
I really wanted to like these. Despite being excited by how promising the reviews were, I still managed to get horrible blisters on the outside edges of my big toes and the outsides of the balls of my feet after putting them in my sneaks. While these may have helped a little, by mile 4 of a 10k, I was getting hot spots and by the end of the race, I had quarter-sized blisters. Total bummer. I'm giving them 3 stars because they adhered very well to my insoles and my sneakers, especially after the blow dryer trick. In all fairness, I've tried 8 different shoe brands due to toe/foot pain when training for half marathons and am currently running with custom-fit orthotics and Altra Torins, and still getting blisters, so I realize it may just be me, not the blister patches!

Works great!
I rubbed through my third pair of tennis shoes on the inside back heel to the point I couldn’t wear them without getting a painful blister. Nothing worked to fit it until this. I took a very small piece of foam and filled in the crater I had made and covered it with these strips. Worked like a charm. No more friction. Saved my shoes and feet. I will preemptively put these in any future tennis shoes.
