White electrical tape, decent quality. I was hoping it would be a little more opaque for covering lights on surge protectors and smart plugs. I won't be able to use it for that purpose, but I'll definitely have use for it when doing work on wiring around the house.

Always the best. Expensive, but easy to apply and remove; works with the wide variety of surfaces. Doesn't discolor (yellow) and easy to write on. All around, outstanding.

The adhesion is typical of electrical tape—high heat or long exposure to heat does melt it. But the adhesion otherwise is pretty strong, and would last for a while in good conditions (not too humid or blazing hot). It works well. Decent price for the size—it's same as Home Depot in my area. Packaging was fine, color was fine for my needs (very white). Also, the little case it comes in is wonderful, I cannot count the amount of times fibers or cat hair has gotten stuck to the side of electrical tape.

While I know some people will buy this for actual electrical work, I bought it in part to cover up LEDs on white devices. While black electrical tape normally does the job with just one layer, this tape is fairly transparent to the lights, so multiple layers were needed. If that's your goal, you might try an alternative option first.

I have been using this for several years now. It's heavy duty and works well. I have a refrigerator that is 25 years old. Still works very well (and the ice maker) the top shelf on the door won't stay up by itself. I have used this tape to hold the shelf up and it keeps holding even with weight on it. Blends right in with the white door. It's a GE side by side BTW. If I need another refrigerator, it will be a GE!

great for distinguishing hot wires and negative wires, 3m series of electrical tapes are nice and stretchy with great adhesion
