Urn arrived in great condition - was securely packaged in styrofoam.Like other reviews, the opening to add cremains/cremains bag is small, but it is possible to get bag in (I had to fold it in half and then open it once I placed it in urn) When transferring cremains, do so SLOWLY, and adjust bag before adding more until either all cremains are added or there is no space to add more. In my case, the urn couldn't hold all of Toby's cremains (he was 8 lbs) so if you have a cat that is 8 lbs or more, keep in mind not all of it will fit. Wasn't a deal breaker for me, so kept it - just kept the rest in another bag and chest from the pet cremation service we used.Overall very happy with the urn. It is a very beautiful final resting place for my Toby. It makes dealing with his loss a little easier and is comforting to see.Important note: look over bag provided BEFORE you transfer cremains into it. The one provided to me with the urn had a hole in it, so make sure to have another bag on hand, or if pouring directly into urn, have caulk on hand to properly seal it.

Didn't use this to contain ashes but as a marker on our girl kitty's grave. We placed on top of a piece of slate.It's not too big or too small. Sleek looking and it looks like our girl who was all black.Only time will tell if it will withstand the elements but this is not marketed as an outdoor item.Highly recommended and worth the price.

We ended up having to dump the ashes in with no bag because the hole is very small, we then glued the plug in to make sure it can’t spill. But overall PERFECT for our black kitty that passed

We absolutely loved this urn for our tiny 2 year old kitty. It matched him perfect. Unfortunately like many other reviews stated, the opening was just too small to get the bag into. He only weighed 6 pounds when he passed so he was super small and still would not have fit unless we opened the bag and poured in the ashes which we did not want to do. I really, really wanted this to be our resting place for our baby, but it just didn't work so we shipped it back.

I love this urn.. It's well made and much heavier than I thought it would be. Getting ashes in the urn is tricky, but if you just go slow and take your time with it, it's not too bad. I love that it looks like my kitty and it's the perfect resting place for her. 💝

This little urn was a perfect size and weight. It is adorable and a perfect resting place for my precious and deeply missed Blackie. It was well protected in the package. I highly recommend this for anyone who has lost their beloved cat.

The cat is beautiful, but the hole to put in the ashes bag is way too small for anything to fit inside. Which kind of defeats the entire purpose of a URN. You know, that thing you store ASHES in. Consider me angry, disappointed, and still grieving the loss of my wonderful cat.
