I bought this over a decade ago, and when it died last year (likely my misuse), I was so sad. I tried the Dry Bar straightener and another comparable, highly rated straighten, but but just… well… sucked! This one is timeless and reliable, delivering on what it promises.

The media could not be loaded. It doesn't even deserve a one star review. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and thought since I have purchased this product twice before over the last 5 years, that it certainly this would be a good buy again. Wrong! Maybe this product is a fraud? I do not recommend anyone to purchase this flat iron. When I close the plates on the section of hair, and start sliding in down the section, it pulls the client's of hair. It makes it a very painful experience. The plates don't align properly. Only the very right tip of the flatiron touches, but I need both of the plates to touch, and be properly align to get a better result. Now one of the logos emblems has fallen off, leading me again to believe that this flat iron is a fake. It dose heat quickly and gets very hot, but what good does that do, if it pulls the clients hair? I am very displeased & unsatisfied. Pass this one, don't waste your time or money. I've used 2 flat iron from Salon Tech and I know real quality from bad. This iron is bad, it took a long time to heat up and it didn't heat up hot enough to be able to use properly. Overall, I'm very disappointed and returned this product.
