Is this hard to install?

It works wonderfully. I installed it in a 2008 GMC Acadia and yes it was hard to install. I am not sure I want to do it again. I'm pretty handy as an aircraft mechanic but I felt the set up was unusually tedious to install. Lots of wiring to do and the air actuator took a bit of figuring where I could mount it. It took me 3 evenings to install it.

Is the braking proportional? I have a trailer brake controller on my motor home. Will it work with that?

I dont see how it works if it doesnt hook to the brake pedal can it really activate the master cylinder to engage the brakes or is it for electric b

There is a cable that runs from the Invisibrake box mounted in the tow vehicle. The cable runs under the carpet and attached with a pulley system to the back of the pedal. When the brake lights on the coach come on, the box pulls the cable thus activating the brakes. Please feel free to call us if you have any technical, install, or questions. If you're asking if it will work on a 2003 Wrangler, I would think so. Mine is installed on a 2002 Explorer. I have flat towed it over 2,000 miles with no problems. I absolutely love it.
