I have a 2002 Sundance Spa that I love. I have had little repair on it but the pillows and pillow inserts tend to spot and sometimes start with mold after time. Replacing is much better than trying to clean which I did originally. Just plan on replacing about every 2 to 3 years and your spa will always be fresh. This product is a perfect fit and easy to do with the plastic screws that come with the spa. If you break or lose those, they can be bought as well. The insert does not have to be replaced at the same time, but if your whole pillow looks like it needs it, don't forget to replace it too. Use your citris-based spa cleaner for cleaning, not harsh chemicals.

Easy to install and fit well BUT these are so overpriced and you will need to replace them every year or two. The combination of heat and chlorine cause these them to “bubble” as the layers separate. I have friends with other hot tub brands that don’t do this. I have had my hot tub for 15 years and need to replace these every 1-2 years. Very pricey to replace three pads each time.

I ordered several but one of them has bubbled up in no time. I don't understand why???

I purchased a used Sundance hot tub and all the pillows were falling apart. I purchased this product and it fit perfect. My only wish is that they were sold as a set with the center piece but I guess that's a Sundance spa issue.. The part came quicly!
