Quality theraband set
A useful set of bands for use in upper and lower body strengthening. I find them useful doing Pilates.

Lots of uses
Ideal for a variety of exercises. Latex-free so don't irritate my skin, and seem to be hard-wearing.

Good Quality Bands
These bands seem to be good quality and apart from the fact that I should have ordered the longer, 2m option I am pleased with them.

not great durability
It's okay but if you use it often, the shape and strength of the band won't hold for long. At some point, it will break.
