Brenthaven Collins Vertical Messenger 13.3" Messenger Bag Indigo Chambray

I really wanted this bag to work for me. This is a great bag if you're looking for something small to transport items like a tablet and small notebook, but my 13" MacBook Pro (with superdrive) did not fit in this bag and I had to return it. The bag seemed sturdy, the design sleek, but like I said, you would need to have a smaller computer like a netbook or tablet to ensure this bag closes. Perhaps some of the slightly smaller MacBook's would fit, so this bag is worth a try because it seemed like a great option, but take size into consideration as this is not a typical computer/messenger bag.

I got this bag to hold my Surface Pro 4, some additional papers, and small accessories. I wanted something compact, lightweight, and stylish, and this is perfect for all that.It is very low profile compared to pretty much every messenger bag I've ever seen, which is great because I hate bulky bags.Things I can fit inside of it:-surface pro 4 & its charger-a folder full of papers-thin notebook-small hairbrush, travel deodorant, chapstick, pack of gum-a couple of pens & pencils-earphones-my phone (I just stick it in the pocket on the top flap)-scientific calculator for classAnd that's really all I need every day. If necessary, it's possible to shove in extra things. Sometimes I manage to fit a couple of snacks inside of it.THE ONLY DOWNSIDE: the front clasp can be kind of awkward and hard to open on the fly, sometimes I really have to work at it, especially if I have the bag full to max capacity. it's a small inconvenience though and the clasp is very sturdy and looks great.Overall, excellent buy if you want a very compact way to carry around a tablet & accessories.

I love this bag! It is comfortable to carry on your shoulder or crossbody. My 13" MacBook pro fits perfectly. I also carry my Logitech ultra thin touch mouse in it as well. There are several pockets. One on the front flap that can hold memory sticks, flash drives, pens etc. There is also a larger pocket under the flap that is held closed with Velcro and it has a few small pockets (this is where I keep my mouse) and a pen pocket. The largest pocket is of course for your computer. It is well padded. There is another large pocket on the back that has a small Velcro closure. An IPad, tablet, kindle, paper notebook or a folder Will fit. This bag is very well made and I am thrilled with it. The only issue that I have is when I pack my charger it can be difficult to close and secure the front flap but a little adjusting of the cords and it is fine just tight.

Really good bag, fits a MacBook Air and Surface Pro 3 perfectly. Only issue is that one of the clasps squeaks against one of the D-Rings. Going to try to put some tape there to see if it helps. Other than that great bag for the price!

The media could not be loaded.  Simply put, this messenger bag is the perfect candidate for a full-time Microsoft Surface Pro 3 carrying case. Plenty of room for the charger, a mouse, your wallet & keys, and anything else you carry daily. The craftsmanship is perfect; not a single thread loose. The material is soft & rigid. It offers plenty of protection. The bottom is padded very well, and the outer edges are solid yet flexible. It doesn't have a strange brand new smell like other cases. Purchased for use with my Surface Pro 4 with type keyboard. I store the Surface within an envelope style portfolio which fits just right within this messenger bag. Leaves just enough room in the secondary pocket for Surface Arc mouse, power supply, business cards, a couple of pens and cellphone charger. Front, zippered pocket has enough room for earbuds, keys, and slim wallet.The only drawback to this bag is the latch. The strap is not adjustable so there is no wiggle room to potentially overfill the bag while maintaining the ability to securely close the bag.

This was designed for a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and is a great bag. I bought it for my Dell Inspiron 13.3 and it's a tight fit - wish the bag had just 1/2" more height and width - it would be suitable for many more laptops if it did. Because my 2-in-1 is a bit larger, the pockets don't hold as much. Perhaps I should have made a different choice.

I am using this bag as a sketchbook bag, for my 8.5x11 book. It is perfect. You can fit the book in the main compartment, and pens in the front. I love that you can place a standard us paper size document in without folding it. I can carry it all the time and it doesn't look like a computer case or briefcase. It is both young and professional looking, and really well put together.

Nach langem Suchen habe ich mich für diese Tasche entschieden. Wichtig war mir, das das Laptop gut in die Tasche passt, nicht zu viel Spiel hat und die Größe der Tasche. Bei einem 13 Zoll Notebook macht es ja keinen Sinn eine riesen Tasche durch die Gegend zu schleppen. Zum Gerät passt noch der Ladeadapter, eine Maus und einige Kleinutensilien hinein. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Ich kann das Produkt bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
