This chair was pretty easy to put together. One person assembly. I modified my steps to assemble on the frame instead of like in the video. This chair is sturdy and big guy friendly.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars!!! They might as well not even send instructions with the product since they are of no help, pieces don’t fit where they need to, and not all needed pieces were given. My husband was able to finish putting it together with some of his own supplies, but it was still completely unstable. Description says it can hold up to 400 pounds, yet I didn’t trust it for myself and I’m only 140 pounds. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR BUSINESS, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND A LIABILITY FOR YOURSELF!

Bought this as a present for my girlfriend who’s a tattoo artist. She’s been using it for about a week or two now.. It’s comfortable, sturdy & she seems to really like it! The only thing she did mention was that the instructions to put the chair together weren’t very clear since they’re only pictures, but she was able to get it figured out!Also, this does ship in 2 separate boxes! I didn’t see that when I first purchased so I was confused when I only received a small box.. the rest of the chair was delivered a day or two after. With all this being said, if she ever needed another chair, we’d be happy to buy this on one again!

Ive had this chair for months and the back will just pop out and drop people as they sit in it. Claims to be up to 400 lbs. People under 200 lbs just casually sitting on it. No extra pressure and the back drops out on them. Terrible chair. Wish i could get my money back. Worst buy of my life. As a tattoo artist this is as bad as it gets. DO NOT BUY IT

The quality feels good. Packaged well. Is comfortable for the customer & tech while doing a job.The slight issue is the paper instructions & youtube instructions they differ. Best to firgure it out yourself it's not difficult, just for a $500 chair you would expect well explained assembly. Another issue was some parts screws, etc were extras? They didn't seem to go anywhere & didn't match what said was included. We had bad springs and contacted seller. Seller resolved issue quickly & we got replacement part. A+

This is absolutely the worst chair I’ve ever seen. The holes didn’t match up. You can’t read the directions it’s only really small blurry pictures. I would get my money back if it wasn’t already put together biggest waste of money. Very disappointed.
