Seems to be helping my memory recall. I'm experiencing fewer incidences of not being able to come up with a word or name, and/or it comes back to me much more quickly. I understand it can be a blood thinner, so not for everyone.

I can't tell how they're working yet, but small capsules and easy to swallow. One whole year supply is great for the price.

I don’t know why on this subscription and asked me how the sleep affect is because maybe I’m taking it wrong I take it in the morning with breakfast so I’m gonna have to look this up and see if I’m defeating the purpose.

There’s some after taste with some vitamins, not this one I highly recommend it.
