After having broken one of the insertion tabs on the original cup, we ordered this set, and are very pleased with it. We even swapped out the extractor blade housings. A very good buy at a very good price. What's more important, though, is what caused the tab to break. It was becoming difficult to attach the extractor blade housing onto the cup. The cup would not bottom out at those insertion points, so to allow the cup to be twisted into the on position. One of the more "obvious" solutions was to push down harder on the housing. Wrong. Doing that resulted in breaking one of the tabs on the cup. After unplugging the base, I tried to push down on the 3 white plastic tabs on the inside of each insertion point. Using a finger to push, they were resistant to being depressed. After some gentle coaxing, I got all 3 of them to move down as they should. The resistance could have been caused by gunk. I pushed each down repeatedly. While they were in the down position, I sprayed some dry lubricant inside the channels, again working them up and down. Problem solved. If anyone else has had this problem, this is an easy fix, and over in 90 seconds. Might not be a bad idea as a maintenance thing once or twice a year.

I grabbed some replacement Nutribullet parts off Amazon, and they fit like a glove. Everything’s working flawlessly, and I’m super pleased with the quality. Definitely recommend it!

Bought it to replace old leaking set. Works great. Also the spare gaskets used in another leaking blade, it stopped leaking. Now I have new cup and two blades.

I purchased this replacement blade and after about a month of normal use, I noticed some black goo under the rubber fitting. At first, I assumed it was just wear and tear. However, two months later—after reading reviews from other users—I realized the truth: this blade was leaking bearing grease into our food. To confirm, I conducted a simple test using fresh water. After running water through the unit, the result was shocking: the water came out cloudy, oily, and visibly contaminated. (See attached photos: one shows clean, fresh water prior to testing, and the other shows the contaminated water after it passed through the blade.) This discovery was alarming. For months, my family had unknowingly consumed food blended with this harmful substance. This product is not only defective—it’s dangerous. To make matters worse, the return policy is useless, allowing only 30 days for returns and only if the product is unused. This makes it impossible to address defects that appear after limited use. Do not buy this third-party product. It is unsafe, poorly designed, and a hazard to your health. I strongly urge others to avoid it entirely.
