Perfect product! It’s super stable for to the cube design! I’ve had several that have tipped over as people pass the hose. So this is awesome!

Unfortunately I have to give this a 1 star. I was hosting a hookah kickback for about 20-25 people. I already had three other hookahs from a different brand (Onyx), and decided to order another from this brand to make sure everyone had a chance to indulge in smoking. I would have ordered from Onyx since I’m familiar with the brand, but it wouldn’t have arrive in time for the party. I’m not a stranger to hookah’s, but still used the directions and YouTube video provided for setup, but it wouldn’t pull. Everyone tried to get it work, but it was a fail. Also the piece that attaches to the mouth piece came stripped. It looked like a nice hookah, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. If you read the comments on YouTube, you’ll see that others had issues with it pulling. I would love to give it another try, but I’ll have to return it.

I love the look of the hookah and best thing it's quality is super. The material used is not a cheap look material. Easy to assemble. It takes a time to assemble and dissemble but it will take some time. Our group has 3 hookahs and all the 3 hookahs are regular type then I got this one and it's like a modern hookah but I will be the first to assemble my hookah and I will be the last to wrap up as it will take time and cleaning also take time as there are lots of parts and every time I use hookah I do practice to have cleanup everything which will increase the life of hookah. But the smoke and fog is excellent.

This hookah looks exactly as pictured. I ordered the purple 4 hose hookah. The base is made of acrylic and very sturdy. Some people stated theirs came cracked. This one was well packaged in a carrying case. The metal components used to assemble the hookah are very well made and sturdy and they screw together easily, unlike cheaply made ones. The stem pieces are held in the middle by a metal ring that pops tightly into the acrylic base, providing added stability. This is necessary because the hoses are large. The ash tray is glass and the holder for the shisha and the tubes are both made of silicon, ideal for high temperatures. The heat management device is metal also and has a top and a base so there is no need for foil. The pull on this set was very easy and the smoke is big. If you use the small cube coals, I recommend two for a better burn. They lasted an hour at least, maybe a little more before needing to be replaced. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the top of the base is not removeable. However, you can get your hand inside for a proper cleaning. A couple reviews said theirs grew mold inside. This will only happen if you are lazy and do not disassemble it after use and dry it properly. I disassembled and cleaned mine, then let the components air dry for a day. No issues. Also, because the holder for the shisha is silicon, it may absorb the flavors you use for the hookah. I also recommend buying coils to keep the hoses from popping off the stem. Again, the pieces of this set fit well together, but the coils help the hoses keep their shape and stay attached even better. Overall, great set.

Auf der Suche nach einer neuen Shisha ist uns diese ausgefallene Shisha ins Auge gefallen. Wegen der vielen guten Bewertungen und weil uns die Shisha optisch überzeugt hat haben wir sie bestellt. Kurze Zeit später kam sie an - nach dem auspacken haben wir jedoch einen großen Riss in der Bowl bemerkt (wahrscheinlich durch den Versand entstanden). Nachdem wir den Verkäufer kontaktiert haben erhielten wir schnell eine Nachricht mit einer Entschuldung und dem Hinweis, dass eine neue Bowl bereits unterwegs ist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Shisha, perfekt für den Garten oder für unterwegs. Auch beim Kundenservice können sich viele Händler ein Beispiel nehmen. Durch die kompakte Bauweise ist die Shisha sehr leicht zu reinigen und mit der mitgelieferten Tasche leicht zu transportieren. Dank der „Rillen“ im Schlauch ist er sehr robust und knickt nicht. Das macht eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung überflüssig. Super verarbeitet und Top Qualität - direkt einen zusätzlichen Eisschlauch bestellt (ebenfalls nur zu empfehlen). In jedem Bereich 5/5 Sternen.
