I never review anything - which I should be better about but we bought this I had doubts it would work well and be durable - and I therefore find myself writing this humbling and very impressed review. We have used this multiple times a day in our house for the last 2 years - put it under the Keurig and walk away, we even just dump the sweetener on the top so the coffee lands on it and it mixes it in. It's gone through multiple rounds of dishwasher, and continues to work great. The product is simple, can handle 12oz, is effective, it doesn't get any better than that so if you prefer iced coffee it's well worth it.

I'm very happy with this purchase! After washing and filling according to the directions, I froze it. Next day I made an iced coffee with fresh hot espresso. It really work! Did two servings and the second was chilled like the first. I gently swirled it over the sink, in case it slpshed out, which it didn't. Also, made fast iced tea the next time I used it and it performed great! I recommend this product.

I think this is my first product review and it's because this thing is really amazing. I was leery about it at first but it works exactly as intended and quickly. I put this right under my keurig and brew hot coffee directly into it and within a minute it is ice cold. I love it so much..no more fussing around with cold brew, steeping grounds in water and storing in my fridge. I love this so much and I wish I would have thought of it myself. I usually leave it in there for 3-5 minutes because I'm running around trying to get my kids ready for school and forget about it..so it's nice a cold when I add it to my tumbler. Shockingly, you need little ice in your cup to keep it cold..this thing REALLY works!! Get it if you're debating..it's so worth it!

I really like this product! As a big coffee drinker, I like my coffee iced during the summer. Most mornings I don't have time for cold press, and ice cubes will just turn my coffee to water. Does a pretty good job of chilling a freshly brewed cup of coffee.Only reason for the 4 stars is I wish they had a bigger version that could hold more liquid. Making a mug of chilled/iced coffee can be a little tedious. Otherwise great product!

My girl has had a hyperchiller that she received for Christmas in 2023 that works amazing and she loves it. She decided to buy me one too to keep at my place. Well the first one we received cracked on the side outer wall so it starts to leak one ice starts to melt. so we decided to return and get it replaced. Replacement came the next day. Now the replacement has cracked again same side. Now its too late to return because its past the return window. All this has happened within a span of 3 months.

By far, my favorite new way to make iced coffee. Quick, painless, preserves the integrity of the coffee without watering it down. The only thing that could make it better is if it came in a larger size. I live alone, so it’s the perfect size for me to use with my large travel mug in the morning on the way out the door. Might be a challenge for multiple people, or work from home dwellers.P.S. don’t be a dummy like me and think you can set it up without reading the instructions. While not overly complicated, it has a series of different chambers that need to be filled with water in a certain sequence. I thought I could wing it. I was wrong. Once I read the directions and assembled and froze the chambers correctly, it was great. The third times the charm 😹The PROS:Simple. Nothing really complicated - see my assembly caveats aboveDoesn’t alter or water down the taste of the coffee.Fills a 20 oz travel mug within 2 ‘fill cycles’ - 2 minutesCleans up easily. I haven’t had to refill the chambers yet and I’ve used it several weeksGreat value for the price!No large ‘coffee makers’ sitting on countertops taking up space.CONS:I freeze cycle yields approx 18 - 20 oz of iced coffee. I’m not certain how long it takes to refreeze/recover so that it can be used again. If you need more volume, or are making multiple drinks over a few short hours, you may need more chillersTakes up space in the freezer and must stand upright. Not too much of a problem for one chiller, might be a challenge with more depending on the size of your freezerClean up is simple, but if using for coffee, I’m not certain if it traps ‘tastes’ with the simple clean up, to then use for something like white wine. I don’t use it that way so it’s not an issue for me. But test it if you want it multi-functional.For the price, if you really like iced coffee, give it a shot. It’s really pretty ingenious and effective for something so simple. I may grab an extra just to have on hand for a guest, or if I want multiple drinks close together on my day off.
