Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about my purchase. I am really disappointment because I did not get the item as I like and want. I like the ring so much I ordered first time and arrive, but unfortunately it is not fit little bit big so I returned it. Then I ordered another one, smaller than the first one. I was so excited to get it but it coming with black spot color inside it as you can see in the picture I attached it. Furthermore, the black color inside it reflected to the ruby stone. I feel so disappointment because it is not good quality. I am sure you understand my concern and disappointment as the item is not fit for the purpose. I would like a full refund as I returned the item today, I wished if you were check the ring before you sent it to me. Yours faithfully, Mania

Looks really good on hand, very comfortable with a perfect fit (make sure to measure finger first before ordering). Sparkles beautifully in the sun or with direct light especially the way it has been cut. Stands out nicely, not too big and not too small, suits anything you wear, not overkill with design and every single person that has seen me wearing it has complemented how nice it looks! Really love it!!

This is the coolest ring I've ever owned. The pictures don't even come close to doing it justice. Shine this thing up with a polishing cloth and you'll be blown away. The beautiful emerald-cut stone just glimmers in light. It is very large and kinda heavy so I think it'd be best worn as a middle finger ring, but mine works great on my ring finger. The stone is closest to a garnet tone. Such a treat for such a low price.
