I have low energy problems and was having trouble putting in my 40 hours a week at work. My brother, who has tried all sorts of energy drinks/shots, etc. sent me some to try saying that they had made a big difference for him and hadn't burnt out on it like other energy products. Well it's been a couple weeks and I'm happy to say that, although I still get tired, I'm able to make it through a full work day. Plus I'm more friendly to people and have an easier time having a conversation or explaining something technical.Most things that have caffeine in them I have to be careful of because they make me burn out too quickly, but I believe because of the L-Theanine and other ingredients that the caffeine in these energy shots is more 'controlled'. I do have to make sure I eat something (like a muffin) before having one or I feel over energized an jittery. Probably if I just had half a shot at a time that might not be a problem. As far as taste I don't mind them at all. I've tried berry and grape and I like the berry more. Evidently from what I've heard the Punch flavor doesn't taste good so I'm avoiding it. To be honest though even if they tasted awful to me I wouldn't care as long as they helped me make it through a day. I personally try to avoid artificial sugar and this does have Sucralose in it. This product has a nasty medicine taste. I find “5 hour energy“ much more appealing and effective; therefore, I will not purchase this product in the future.

This product “taste” like something I could use as a supplemental . I originally found this energy shot at a superstore right next to 5 hour when I was looking not to spend $3 every morning to get going. Jackpot! At $1.35 per shot it is not only as good as the original I’m not spending double.

5 hr Energy much better

I love my Eternal energy,I have no down fall, or crushes. U use Eternal energy because I have lupus an without EE I would be dragging all day. I trust EE an stand by it for me.

Helps to keep you alert with no negative side effects.

as we all know energy shots, drinks aren't cheap. i can't drink coffee anymore likely due to a decade of drinking high octane w/4 shots day in day out. that said i have lived off of energy drinks and shots for the past two years now. i have tried many looking for three things. first for does it wake me up and get me going? does it taste okay or like swamp water and of course how much does it cost on a daily basis? this one is priced reasonably, it tastes okay even better than okay, BUT unfortunately i could tell no difference after drinking it. literally there was absolutely nothing, nada, zip in terms of impact. i really wished it did more but it didn't. its really hard to find a good energy drink or shot especially if you have ever tried to make sense of the labeling. that said unless you are just concerned with getting your daily dosage of b vitamins try something else because this one is sadly a real sleeper, pun intended.

It doesn't matter the flavor this is a great product , at an outstanding productit's got everything plus !
