Great field of vision
Awesome camera the video quality is great scope of view with the 360 degree rotation and pan and tilt covers a good area. The camera can be mounted upside down and the app sorts out the orientation for you. I pair this up with my Homebase 3 to perform centralised event tracking. Really quick and easy to set up using your phone and a QR code.

Good indoor cam, easy to setup and use
Good indoor cameras with decent angles for viewing and is easy to use via the Eufy app. Also connected to my existing homebase easily and does the job I need it for.

Overall very good at an entry level price point into CCTV
I have purchased multiple of these cameras and on the whole for the price paid they are pretty impressiveMy quiet town had seen a recent significant rise in breaks ins overnight by a group of 5 masked men and after discovering my back garden gate open 2 days after spotting their car outside my house (found out the next morning that they parked here after a robbery 3 mins away) I was feeling uneasy so wanted something to monitor all access points.I know it says these are for indoor use to look into rooms to see what is going on but I looked at the reviews and pics people had put on showing them looking out of windows and I thought for what I need as a cheap but quality introduction to CCTV its good enoughMy first camera arived 24 hours later and it was so easy to set up. Download the app, create an account, open the camera, scan the QR code on the underside of the camera which links it to the app, Format the Class 10 Micro SD card (if you buy 1 seperately) and then do a firmware update. All completed in less than 10 minsDuring the day time the quality of the image even when looking through a double glazed window is acceptable and anyone coming close to the camera would be easily identifiable should you need to report anything. On a night time the IR and status light makes the image a blurred mess but I turned those off and due to the street lights I could still see out perfectly well. I have a security light and when that comes on it floods the window with light which washes out the footage and to be honest you would struggle to identify anyone through it but lets remember these cameras are not meant for looking out a window at 3am but its good to be able to check 24/7 what is going onI have another camera looking into a room and the IR night vision is very good. The wide angle lense means it can see from 1 wall of the room to the other so nothing can happen without you catching itI now have 6 of these cameras and for the price they are a good system to have for around £250 all in.You have to purchase the Micro SD cards seperately unless you want to pay for cloud storage but I managed to get some Class10 cards which they recommend for under £10 each and that was for the max storage of 128gb.The pan and tilt is a nice feature to have although I suspect most people won't use it after their initial play with the app but its handy to use to get the best angle shot to block out as much window frame or ornament on a shelfNow for some negative pointsYou can record events in 2k quality when motion is detected or you can record 24/7 BUT you are limited to it recording in 1080p which I was disappointed by as I have chosen this camera because its a 2k camera and I want to record in 2k quality 24/7. I know that my videos will be overwritten quicker but I'm fine with that as most things you will become aware of within 24 hours anyway and in the event you were going away for a couple of weeks you could always switch it to 1080p so you don't lose anything by the time you get back. Eufy please allow this option in the app with a warning of how long footage will be held for like you do with the 1080p different Mico SD card size table which suggests 128gb at 24/7 lasts about 12 daysAn example with event recording only. My camera starts recording when a delivery person comes half way down the path but it stops recording before they have left again. How do I know they left the parcel or if took it back with them? I have no way of knowing as the camera stopped before the motion concluded where as recording 24/7 I would be able to see them arrive and leave and id have proof they took my parcel back out with themI assumed I would be able to simply pop the micro SD card out of the camera and put it into my computer to quickly download the footage and then get the card back in the camera but NO if you attempt to do that it asks you to format the card which would mean you lose all of your footage. This is something else id like to see changed as I could quickly make a copy of the footage so I can review it later should I need toThe only way to get the footage off the camera is via the app. You can simply download an event in seconds to your device or if you have it set to record 24/7 you can play back the footage in 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x or 16x speed and record it to your device in real time for as long as you like and then hit the button to stop recording and it gets saved to your photos app. On 2x speed up to 16x speed it only seems to skip 2 seconds at a time and when you look at your new saved video it plays 1 frame then pauses then plays the next and so on which can be annoyingAnother issue I have found is 2 of my cameras can randomly stop recording for around 3 mins at a time, This can happen at any time of the day or night. I had 1 camera stop 5 times in an hour and when I contacted Eufy they suggested I had a faulty unit and sent me out a replacement so I can't fault them for that. I went to view the live feed on another camera and it was pointing at the wall so I looked back to see that it was recording normally then it stopped and when it came back on 3 mins later it was filming the wall so I assume in those 3 mins the camera has restarted itself and had I not have checked the app it could have been filming nothing for days or weeks which isnt greatThe camera comes with a microphone and speaker so you can have a conversation with someone which I've not had a need for as of yet and you can also use the speaker as an alarm which can also be triggered manually in the app. I've tested it and its pretty loud at 100% and would make someone jump as they sneak around your houseViewing the live cameras on the app works most of the time but every now and again it times out and won't load (usually when you really need to see something now urgently if you have heard a noise etc) You can only view 1 camera at once which is a shame. On an ipad you could easily view 4 feeds at once and id like to see them implement a swipe gesture so you can quickly switch between feeds rather than having to close that 1 down then scroll and open up the next 1 which takes valuable time. The good news is you can continue to stream the live feed for as long as you like throught the app and even if your wifi drops out you can be safe in the knowledge that its recording the footage on the card (if you have purcahsed one) even if you can't see it right now. I had an issue where 1 camera refused to show for an hour. I tried turning off my wifi, I tried resetting the camera from the app and still nothing but when it sorted itself out I could still see that it had been recording all alongThe web portal is really something which needs serious improvement. In order to view anything you need to log in, get a code sent to your email, then log in to the app and request another code which can only be used for a max of 24 hours and then type that in to the website. You can only view 1 camera at a time and after 5 mins it stops. This is incredibly annoying as I want to be able to keep an eye on a feed long term and glance up should something catch my attention not then have the scramble to load the camera which 40% of the time fails to load and then by the time it does you have missed what you were wanting to look atI'm thinking about investing in a couple of the Eufy S330 4K outdoor cameras but at £500 they are way out of my price range for the moment having spent £300 on these. I've thought about CCTV for many years but the thought of drilling holes everywhere and running wires made it too much hassle. Now with these wifi cameras set up is a breeze and at £40 each most people can afford to get some security and peace of mind so thanks EufyI'm going to end on a postive note. Having had my cameras installed for less than 2 weeks, yesterday I noticed some suspicious activity as 4 men walked past my driveway. I reviewed the CCTV and they were checking out my car. I looked on another camera to see them doing the same to a neighbour and checked another camera to see them doing so further up the estate. I have reported it to the police and sent them the footage. As they did not come onto my property the quality of the image isnt great as I had to zoom in on my phone but you can clealy see their heads looking down driveways and at cars as they pass and if the police know of these men they would be identifiable

Great picture easy to use
I've owned this product for a few years now. I work on a military base and this works with wifinity. I have a dog so I use it to keep an eye on him. He does not set the camera off as an intruder unless he howls and you have the baby cry system turned in then it sends you a notification. I can talk to him through the camera to stop the barking or howling it's great!Really really easy to set up I'm rubbish with technology and had no troubles. You can set zones on the camera too so if the dog gets on the sofa you can tell him to get down etc I don't bother but it's a great feature! This camera does even more of you get the AI box thing but I've not found I need it. Ive just bought two more as we are having a baby so one will watch out other front door and the baby and one will be just for the baby as a monitor.

Good camera, gateway to a eufy CCTV system
If you’re not familiar with the Eufy brand, get ready for a surprise. It’s a relatively affordable , feature laden and high quality electronic manufacturer, which is a subsidiary of Anker - who produce some of the best charging cables and power banks. This wireless camera can be used standalone or within a system of similar cameras from the eufy range, as well as integrated with alarm systems and doorbells. The app is relatively straight forward, and you can set things up like geofencing (turning on the notification features by your own location automatically I.e. home/away), and setting up your own schedules on a timer (I.e. if you work 9-5, you can set the system up to record any movement between these times and for it to alert you that something wrong - with a quick snapshot in your notifications) relatively easily. You can have continuous recording, however the amount of footage you can keep will obviously depend on the size of the micro SD card you put into the camera (which has to be bought separately). Also as a side note, in order to insert the MicroSD card into the camera, you need to push the lens area up to the ceiling and a small slot will appear that you can slide the MicroSD card into. I’ve got it so that the camera will only record if it picks up movement in a certain location - although if I just want to ‘check in’ I can view a live view at any time. I’ve added a screenshot of the continuous recording timings dependingkk no on the MicroSD card used, direct from the app. After you play around with the app for a little while, you will get used to the controls for the tilt and pan etc - the motion is really smooth, and also - very very quiet! There is a speaker on the camera, so you can speak through the app with your voice coming out of the camera, which is obviously handy as a deterrent, and you can also set it up so if it senses movement an alarm will sound.Granted this alarm isn’t too loud, but it can serve as a slight shock and if you’ve got someone doing something they shouldn’t, it may deter them. Through the app as well, you can manually trigger this alarm sound.Picture quality is very clear, both in normal mode and night vision mode - I don’t really have anything bad to say about the picture quality for a camera that cost roughly £40.The camera only needs to be connected to a plug point for it to be ready to work and will connect Via your wifi - long gone are the days of wired CCTV systems with hundred of feet of wire for the power and the signal. What slightly let’s this down is it’s motion detection and tracking system. Let’s start with the first, as I have it setup to record if motion is detected - it may be a second or so after said motion is detected that the camera starts to record - sometimes, this is not good - and examples I’ve seen from other reviews such as someone throwing something at window and smashing it, means that as it happened so quickly the camera failed to pick it up.The motion tracking is a useful feature, as it will keep a person in the middle of the shot, but can than can be a bit jerky, and the added movement sometimes doesn’t allow the camera to focus on the persons face - I used to have it turned on, but due to these reasons I’ve turned it off to just record a single area.Overall, I’ve had this camera roughly 8 months, and it works well and for its intended purpose. For the price I paid (roughly £40) you won’t get a better security camera. The app is relatively intuitive and works well, the notifications work great to let you know something has been spotted - I can see myself getting a few more cameras (maybe some of the bigger outdoor ones) and adding to this system.
